I KNOW THAT THERE ARE MANY BAD REVIEWS, BUT THERE IS NO EVALUATION OF THIS HOTEL. I give 1 star, because the service is not clear. Many of the waiters are rude and slow. Just entered, there was a cockroach in the bathroom. AC is not cold, limited plugs. It's better if you go to Cirebon, don't stay here

It's really bad, I asked for the ground floor, but instead it was given to the top floor. Very unprofessional and very disappointing!!!The walls are also blistered and peeling.

The water heater was broken, I moved it twice, the toilet flush leaked to the floor. Hopefully it will get better in the future

Is this a boarding house or inn, don't call it a hotel with a model like this, it's very disappointing, the lobby is dirty, not representative.

The strategic location is close to the mall, but the hotel is not really recommended J*R*K!!!. The room smelled musty when you entered, the AC was already 16° not cold, so there were lots of mosquitoes and no dry tissue provided. The sheets had lots of stains 🥴 What else is the bathroom like? There's no toilet paper, the sink is clogged, the water is cold, there's no heat, Samsek!!!That's all I booked for breakfast, so I got boxed rice bought from B*** K*** 🤣 while at the hotel every night there were lots of people hanging out playing games in the lobby if you look at it, it looks like they're not castomers but friends of the waiters there who are O.B!!! the service was NOT GOOD 👎 regretted booking 2 nights there

Check the bathroom in the room, there are lots of cockroaches and the smell of cigarette smoke in the room even though you have turned on the AC, the bathroom floor is dirty and slippery and the towels provided are torn and finally the mattress has lots of stains and is dirty.

I swear... the room fell apart. Got the first room, there were lots of cockroaches in the room and toilet, really, then complained asking for a change. Thank God I got a replacement but it smelled of cigarettes and the toilet. The bed sheets had lots of stains and the toilet didn't seem to be cleaned regularly. The towels have holes in them. It's a shame, yeahThe only advantages are that it is close to the mall and the AC is cold

From Tangerang to Cirebon with the aim of visiting my in-laws for 1 week. Because of the Eid atmosphere. Look for all full hotels. Got it sans hotel culture. I thought it was good for a price of 800K, unexpectedly it turned out to be very unsuitable for families... dirty rooms. Dirty walls. Lots of ants on the table left over from guests' food... the bathroom smells and is dirty. The Westapel is clogged. Many mosquitoes. The service is not friendly. Employees are not in hotel uniforms. The waiting room is dusty... give up, give up. With a price of 600K you don't get good facilities. Regret regret..

Check out the Eid holiday price of 600 thousand, with facilities like this, it feels really sad.The toilet is like a public toilet.Slippery, dirty.It's enough to check a hotel here once in your life.Not really recommended.

The service was friendly, I complained about the TV remote and was told and taught very kindly by the receptionist. The water heater works and you have to wait ± 3 minutes first, the cold air conditioner makes you feel nervous and shivering because the blanket only uses cloth, the blanket and bed sheet have a few stains but it doesn't affect comfort, the towels and aminities are also complete, the location is strategic, and the price is affordable on the day Normally, on holidays the prices increase drastically which makes it not worth it for the facilities you get, and one more thing is that there is no restaurant, the parking is also spacious even though there is a bit of doubt regarding security issues.

The toilet is dirty, the water doesn't flow and it smells. The sheets still have stains, I regret not checking them earlier but I was charged cash even though it wasn't my own fault. It's GPP SI ITUNG ITUNG IS ALWAYS, but if you install it, check again so it doesn't cause harm and seems like a trap, hehe. For others, if you just come in, check it first, maybe it's dirty again, then you'll ask for another charge, hahaha

Staying on the 3rd floor was really noisy, there was the sound of a water machine but it was so bad I couldn't sleep. The hotel telephone number is also unclear and cannot be contacted. There is no elevator.
