The guys at Youpy are phenomenal! They made us feel at home, giving us smiles 24 hours a day. Available and ready to satisfy any of our needs. During our stay we had a few small hiccups caused by third parties, but the owners went out of their way to resolve the situation and ensure we had a pleasant and relaxed stay.The bungalows are equipped with air conditioning, bathroom with shower and several shelves for suitcases (N.B. the water in the shower is cold).The level of cleanliness is not very high, but still in line with Indonesian standards.The swimming pool is clean and well maintained, an excellent alternative when the sea is rough.Breakfast always very rich and varied!There is the possibility of renting bicycles directly from them and taking part in organized boat trips.Flagship: turtle point right in front of the accommodation! My boyfriend and I were lucky enough to swim alone in the company of two huge turtles (provided, however, that you wake up early! The best hours to take a good, quiet swim are early in the morning, at dawn... from 6am :15 until approximately 9:00).Overall, super recommended!P.s. there are a lot of kittens 🐈🐈⬛

Positives:We stayed for 3 nights. The location is on the quieter side of Gili Air and is great for snorkeling. Many snorkeling tours will actually stop in the area to see sea turtles.The service is also very good. The young men who work there are very attentive, friendly, and helpful. They made staying at the bungalows feasible.The breakfast is good. It’s the typical fair: eggs (omelette, fried, or scrambled), fruit plate, fruit smoothie, coffee or tea, fruit plate, and toast. They are huge portions so come with a healthy appetite. Service is also very quick.Negatives:The facility is in need of basic maintenance and deep cleaning. The outside of the bungalows are covered in dirt and mold. There is rotting wood and furniture that needs to be replaced. The concrete around the pool needs to be repaired and the trees need to be trimmed. Don’t plan on feeling clean after a shower as the tap water is salt water. And there isn’t any hot water. Finally, it rained two of the three nights we were there and our roof leaked in several places. However, the AC works!

The staff are great and very welcoming.The breakfast is very decent.The problem really comes from the bungalows.Salt water shower, very difficult to feel clean afterwards.The bathrooms are in a more than deplorable state despite cleaning. We need to give them a facelift!Huge positive point: the establishment takes care of 4 cats, each more adorable than the last! Don’t hesitate to say hello to them!Possibility to rent bikes in good condition.Wifi a little slow but worth it to be there.Very nice swimming pool.

Absolutely every single thing!!!! Bungalows are gorgeous and spacious, gorgeous pool. Gorgeous gorgeous gorgeous and friendly kittens :) perfect bathroom, staff are AMAZING. Location fantastic. Breakfast was superb , we were meant to stay 4 days but loved it so much we ended up staying 12!!! We 10000000% will be back and highly recommend Youpy bungalows!
