Went for a meal there, never stayed. Quite possibly the worst EVER service we've ever experienced. Inattentive, disinterested staff, more interested in hiding inside rather than attending to the customers outside. There was only 3 people sitting outside, ourselves included, and none of the staff were interested in serving our needs or requests.

The staff were super kind and helpful. The location is the best. Just a few steps and you are at the beach where you can find beds, chairs, tables that you wish.

Quality breakfast, flexible and à la carte, to be taken in front of the sea.the hotel offers snorkeling activities, rents bikes and equipment to explore the seabed.the pool is warm, it's incredible. The peaceful place is rejuvenating. the green spaces maintained and so pretty.A gym, a yoga area...The undeniably strong point: the service, the smile of the staff, all really caring.We had a free mini candy bar, water available, pool towels... in short, everything was perfect!We loved the kindness, the attention, the quality of the service in general, the meals... in short, top :)

Great location right by the sea and a great reef right in front of the door. We saw turtles here several times and you can swim right there. The food is also very good, although the waiters sometimes take a little longer. But everyone is very friendly and accommodating. Our bungalow 3 is already getting a bit old and needs to be renovated. Some stains on curtains and bedsheets.

Good hotel for a relaxing stay on Gili AirBeach in front of the hotel invites you to snorkel thereGood:- very friendly and attentive service personnel (e.g., organized transport to port)- Cleaning personnel was also very attentive - we had the do not disturb sign at our door still the put new free water and fresh towels in front of our door which was very nice- Offer to rent bikes for the normal rate at the hotel- Great location at the sea to go snorkeling- Good breakfast menu- Plenty of complementary water in the room- Outdoor shower in the outdoor bathroom with warm water and good water pressureTo improve:- AC only worked in two modes either with full power or off, there was no in between which was unfortunate- Not many sunbeds with umbrellas at the beach and quite some sunbeds were a little broken- Room might need a little makeover soon as you could see some signs of usage
