We have been at this hotel for a few days as a group of 6 people. In one room the air conditioning does not work, in the other the shower did not work and they have not offered us any solution, in fact the receptionist became indignant and argued with one of us.At the same time, they have a restaurant that literally serves as something to feed themselves.You order an egg sandwich because you are a vegetarian and they bring you a chicken sandwich, they don't understand English and I have never really been somewhere with such slow service.We rented the bikes from them and they charged us 50k for one, claiming that the government gave them that fixed price and it was a lie. We took 3 rooms, one doesn't have air conditioning, the other doesn't have a shower, we spoke to the manager and I don't understand, I don't understand, the restaurant doesn't work, you ask for an egg sandwich, they bring you a chicken sandwich, it takes 1 hour each order and every day has been a show, in short a lot of reading and little talking

The accommodations are used to sleep and little else, the air conditioning does not work and the fan does not work either and it is very hot, in addition the showers have no power or simply no water comes out. We communicate it to the manager and in addition to being very edge and unpleasant, he does not want to put any solution and they do not want to return the money. I do not recommend it at all, if you look around you will find something better

We booked 3 rooms for 4 nights. 1 room does NOT have air conditioning or a fan (even though it is added in booking) and another does NOT have a shower. From reception they do not give us any solution, the manager has been VERY unpleasant and 0 professional, they only offer a refund for 1 day. The management with the staff is unfortunate, both at reception and in the kitchen, you have to repeat things to them 40 times for them to bring you a mie goreng that they mix with ketchup on top. There are more options in Gili T, if you can avoid it run away

The AC was not working and they came to solve it but instead it started to heat all the room. The only solution the manager gave us was a refund of just one night and we stayed 5. During this conversation he was really disrespectful. The weather was really hot and the nights there were horrible. Aside from this the workers at the bar were really slow and didn’t get anything right. Don’t come here if you don’t want to be scammed.

Excellent solution if you don't have too many demands and are looking for a quiet place in a really chaotic Gili T..Beautiful bungalows, simple but equipped with everything you need. Gorgeous bathroom with floor made entirely of stones. The only flaw is that the type of room we had taken did not have hot water.Quiet environment

The best accommodation to stay in Gili T in relation to price-quality.The rooms are spacious and very clean. The place is super taken care of! The location is strategic, less than a block from the beach! Your stay includes a (delicious) breakfast and also beach chairs.Before entering each room you have a tap to rinse the sand off your feet, which I thought was a plus that I didn't see anywhere else. In addition, each room has its own balcony with two armchairs and a small table, an excellent space to relax, and it also has a piece of furniture to stretch out and dry wet clothes, which for island life and the sea is another great plus! The serving staff is very helpful and pleasant! Without a doubt I would return! I loved!

We went there twice because we enjoyed it very much. The location is very good, directly at the main beach but also far enough from the party zone and therefore quite at night. The rooms are clean and the new ones have AC. There is a good breakfast and bicycles can be rented at the Bungalow. The owner and the whole team are very friendly and helpful. You can see turtles while snorkelling directly in front of Gili Smile Bungalow!

This beach bar has its pros and cons.- The views are very beautiful and you can swim in the sea while you wait.- But on the other hand, having so much vegetation above (sitting under trees) there are too many bugs and too much heat. And they go straight to the plate.- It also took a long time to bring us the food but the waiters were very friendly.NOTE: you can only pay with CASH!!

Quiet and well located place away from the center but at the same time very close to it. The rooms were just as they appear in the images, the only thing is that they are hot since they only have a fan. The facilities are very well maintained and the staff is very friendly. We rented 4 bikes at a very good price. I recommend the place to visit the island.

Excellent location slightly away from the hectiness of the main strip. The owner is incredibly friendly as well as all the staff. Decent breakfast included with the stay. Rooms were clean and pleasantly cool. Sunloungers directly on the beach with plenty of turtles to see with a short swim. Definitely good value for money.
