Musa Villas and Bungalows

EDIT as a response to the local comment (I add it under this comment).We booked two nights there because both the photos and the note in booking looked like a very new and well-kept place. When we arrived we were greeted by a very friendly guy, he offered us a welcome drink, he explained places on the island to us... all good. On the way to the room, we realized that the place was quite abandoned... the pool was not very clean, the grass was quite dry, etc. When we entered the room it was very hot, I asked the boy, who had attended to us, how muchHe had the air conditioning on for a while because it was very hot, he told us that it was always on... and I told him that something was not working because the outside temperature was almost the same as the inside (34 degrees Celsius). He came to the room and found that there was no air coming out... and he went to call the phone to find a solution. After several calls... (1h 30m) he told me that he had called a technician but he didn't know when it would be resolved, I asked him if there was a possibility of changing rooms and he told me that there were no more rooms available. At that moment, he contacted the manager (Elisabet) to find a solution, I told her that there was no problem, she would return what I paid and I would look for another place. He told the manager about it and without a problem, the payment was canceled and they refunded the amount. When we were going to leave... suddenly the boy tells us... my manager, Elisabet, says that you have to pay for the welcome drinks (we didn't ask for them, it was something they offered us).. anyway... everything was very shabby... not to argue, we paid them and went to a much better place for the same price.Do not trust the photos that appear on the website or the note and look for other, much better options, which there are.EDIT: The refund of the money was made as an exception taking into account that the place had air conditioning, since it did not have it you had to make the refund, otherwise you would be deceiving people by offering something that does not work.2. You told us that you did not know when the air problem would be resolved, without guaranteeing us that the problem would be resolved that night.3. when you offered us those welcome drinks, if we were guests of the accommodation and we stopped being guests due to your problem, making us lose two hours of our vacation.What's more, you did not allow us to pay for them by card when we paid for the hotel by this method.4.Finally, I think that the season without rain should affect the entire island and other accommodations are not neglected like the muse lawn.all the best

Really nice little bungalows!We spent one night here and were very satisfied. Comfortable bed with outdoor bathroom. We were warmly welcomed and there was a short introduction to the island!

Really poor service, quite dirty and without anybody really managing the place. We had breakfast included and for 3 days there was not bread, which was basically the only main thing on the menu, so in fact a rip off as it was included. …

Without a doubt the best hotel on Gili Air! The rooms are just magnificent and at very good prices.The staff are just amazing, probably the best people I met on the island, always ready to help and advise us.The food is also of impeccable quality, and very inexpensive.Thank you Musa for what you did for us! I will come back without hesitation❤️

We haved a very pleasant stay here, the attention and the service was very good. Rooms very clean and comfortable. We will come back!
