It's really not hygienic.It's been a while since it was created, so please take care of it. How did it get so dirty already?Please take care of your employees as well.The location of the accommodation is remote, so it's just dark when the sun sets.

Clean room and large pool. But there are better accommodations for less money. Price-performance is not quite right. The rooms and the bathroom are ok. But the towels need to be replaced. Just like the pillows, they smell musty and have lots of stains. Almost all the walls in the room were moldy and it generally smelled very musty. The location of the accommodation is not ideal. To get to the city center or to the beautiful beaches, a bike is almost essential. The road to the property is very dusty and bad. Waste was probably burned next door and the entire area is a mix of ash and sand. Even if the service was nice and good, I wouldn't want to come back.

Disappointing Room with Mold IssuesThe room was a real letdown. The air conditioner had visible mold, and there were water stains and leaks around it. The walls and ceiling showed clear signs of moisture damage. To make matters worse, the room had a strong moldy smell, making it uncomfortable to stay in.Also the rooms a not quite. You can hear everything from the neighbors.For the price, I expected much better maintenance and cleanliness.

The staff is welcoming,The hotel and the swimming pool are pretty good,The problem is that the deckchair covers are completely torn,they leave empty dishes around the pool for more than 24 hours...In the false ceiling of our room we heard “mice”.

Room: Spacious but the cleanliness is quite fair, especially in the bathroom.They rent the bicycles, they do not lend them at the price of a scooter (50,000 RP)The breakfast is not of quality.The pool, the hammock mats are very old and it is disgusting to lie on them.The water in the pool is cloudy and a disgusting color, we don't use the pool, a shame.

This hotel isn’t the worst, but I wouldn’t recommend it. If you've already booked, it’s okay, but if you haven’t, you can definitely find better places on Gili Air.Why it wasn’t great:- The bathroom was a bit dirty, not completely clean. It was okay, but not great, and there was no shower gel or shampoo.- We stayed for two nights, and housekeeping never showed up.- The staff were around in high numbers, but they seemed more interested in chatting with each other than helping guests. It felt like guests were an afterthought.- The location isn’t the best. Part of the road to get there is a dirt path, which is hard to navigate with luggage. At night, there’s no light on the path, so we had to use our phone lights to see.- At times, we felt like we could get scammed by the staff.- The walls are super thin, so we could hear our neighbors having normal conversations.Some good things:- The AC worked.- You can rent bikes there and they are of good quality- The pool is pretty big and nice, especially for kids.- The price is reasonable.

The arrival at the hotel was magnificent. As the hotel is 20 minutes from the port we arrived quite hot, while we were checking in the guy at the bar brought us some cold teas and some refreshing towels. Since we arrived early they let us wait at the pool while we bathed. The room was prepared and very clean, they had the detail of putting up a decoration for our honeymoon. At the hotel you can rent bikes or a horse cart if you need it. Very friendly staff. Near the hotel (5 minutes walk) you have the beach with a very beautiful sunset.The only drawbacks I see are that in the 3 days we were there they did not make our room, and that the bathroom windows are not closed, which invites any type of animal to enter.

It is a place with potential, it looks renovated with comfortable and very spacious rooms, the room was clean (the bathroom not so much), with good air conditioning and a spacious bathroom, but there are several things to improve:- We decided when we read that they loaned bikes and it is FALSE! If you want them you have to rent them- the pool is completely cloudy during the 4 days of our stay, so cloudy that you can't even see your feet, so it has been impossible for me to bathe there even though it is huge and quite beautiful- the shower comes out hot but with little pressure and lack of cleanliness- the most important thing is the location. It is far from everything, you have to cross several roads to get there, which are heavy and dark at night. It takes about 20 minutes to walk from the port, but loaded when you arrive or leave it takes a long time; from the bar area and center the same… it gets very tiresome to continually take 18-30 minutes to get anywhere
