We stayed here for three nights. The place was very clean and tidy. It had air conditioning, which was important during this season. The staff was very friendly.Overall, our stay on the island was amazing.

Our room was just ok in terms of location.
We had paid for extra bed but got refused a simple bed blanket

The rooms are very clean and spacious, the location is ideal.Little extra for the two young men at reception who are adorable and very helpful, they accompanied us and helped us during our stay.I recommend!

Quiet place.... you can hardly hear the mosque which allows you to rest.Room ok but air conditioning that doesn't work well. Cleaning is only done on request.Drinking water on request also. It's practical.The boss wanted to make us pay for the extra bed for the 2 year old. Not very commercial when you stay 9 nights.Its employees on site are very friendly.Hot water for the shower.

Palm Tree Villas is THE PLACE TO STAY on Gili Air.It's the perfect location, super close to the sunset point and only a 5 min bike ride away to the best snorkeling spots to see turtles and sunrise. Also far enough from the mosque so you don't hear it which alows you to sleep perfectly well! Not to mention how nice is the mattress - so cosy. So double reason to sleep well!The rooms are super clean as too, the staff come every day to make the bed and clean the room which is so nice.The staff is extremly helpful and go above and beyond to make sure you have the perfect stay.My shower wasn't working properly, so I told Haris the manager, and they came and fixed the problem immediatly !For the price you pay you definitely get your money's worth. I can only recommend this place so much.So go for it and book you room for a trip of a lifetime !
