Don’t go here for the sunset. Service is pretty bad. We were here for over an hour and ordered two glasses of wine - took AGES to come and ended up leaving and cancelling our second drinks order. I would be less critical if we ordered complex time consuming drinks such as cocktails or if it was busy - it was neither of the two.

If you are Korean, you must go.I'm someone who usually doesn't write reviews because I'm too lazy. Some of the staff spoke Korean well, and most of all, they were so very, very friendly that I couldn't help but write a review.Above all, we came to Gili with food poisoning while staying in Bali, and there was a 24-hour hospital right next to the resort, so we received care for 24 hours. My husband's fever rose to around 40 degrees, so I contacted him to ask if he could come in the morning. He came right away and the resort manager also took care of us.Both were unwell due to food poisoning, but received excellent care.I felt fine, and thanks to the friendly manager, I was able to comfortably enjoy various amenities. (And they kept sending me porridge at meal times. The best..❣️)It is also great to see the sunset from the sunset point in front of the accommodation.I absolutely recommend it!Of course, the accommodation is really pretty!(ps. Pian, thank you so much🤗❤️)

We had a lovely 4 night stay at Cocana Resort. We stayed in a Lagoon Deluxe room. Being able to swim straight from our room was amazing. There are day beds on every balcony and patio for every room. The beds and sheets were comfortable. The staff were absolutely lovely. After we checked in, we got driven on the buggy to our room. Throughout our stay we grew to become quite friendly with the whole team! The grounds are beautiful, flowers everywhere. The design of the whole resort is perfect, from the restaurant, to the spa, lobby, beach club, etc. This resort is on the best part of the beach with turtles swimming everywhere! We snorkeled directly from our lounge chairs. They have delicious drinks, my favorite was the La Violetta. Booking a seat at the Sunset Club was very easy. They have tables/chairs, couches, bean bags, day beds, and lounge chairs. This is the best place to watch the sunset with a perfect view of the volcano. The food at the restaurant was decent but more targeted to people who want to eat Western food. I would have loved to see much more Asian and local meals. For that reason, we only ate there once and had Asian food from other restaurants near by. The buffet breakfast that was included in our stay was very convenient and filled us up well. We enjoyed going in every morning and seeing the smiling staff! We booked a 60 minute massage + 30 minute complimentary as there was a deal. The massage was okay, unfortunately they cut us short and only did 15 minutes complimentary which was a bit disappointing. The only other con is the prices and the additional fees on top. As this is a luxury resort, be prepared to pay higher prices than the rest of the island. Prices were on par with Western countries. The additional 21% charge on everything (drinks, food, spa, etc) was something to get used to, although other hotels on the island do have that additional charge as well.Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will definitely recommend to others. The vibe of the entire island is very laid back and easygoing. Be patient, embrace it, and enjoy the ride.Terima Kasih 🌺🤍🐢

We had a wonderful stay here and very kindly got our room upgraded. All staff were very friendly and helpful and the food was also very good at the resort. Location was very good (on the quieter side of the island) where there is the best sunset. A special thank you to the manager Pian who looked after us whilst we were unwell. Thank you for all your help

We only ate in the restaurant/bar. It was great! Price-performance ratio was definitely TOP & the employees were also very accommodating.

What started as a great holiday that you can read about on Agoda has turned into a disaster. The first room smelled like a sewage smell, the upgrade we got was a private villa. Here I woke up in a panic at night because there was a constant burning smell, which apparently comes from the field behind it where they burn waste. This happened every night and they wanted to solve it with an air freshener. The neighbors partied every night and this was not stopped by security. Our clothes that smelled of smoke from the burning eachrer were washed for free, but I got everything back shrunken due to their dryer use. The sea it is located on is not nice, it comes up to your knee and is full of rocks and stones, you cannot swim in it.

We stayed four nights in a Pool Access room. The hotel is very beautiful, brand new and clearly the best on the island. …

Had an enjoyable stay and the private pool Villa was excellent. The bed was really comfortable. The staff very friendly and the restaurant food really good but had quite a limited menu. At breakfast the egg station was really slow. …
