The location is close to the toll gate, around 15 minutesThere is ample parking, complete facilities with a prayer room and toilets both outdoor and indoorFor fast service... The place is nice.The room decoration is really the best.The view is also goodBut when I was staying, some of the AC was offMaybe you can recheck the room if you want to stay overnight

1. When checking in, the equipment in the room was not available, such as: toiletries, drinking utensils and mineral water, pillowcases, so you have to request it first.2. TV is not available in the room. The price of 550 thousand/room should be included3. In the toilet there is a very, very big hole in the ceiling (photo attached) so it makes it uncomfortable when you are in the toilet4. Marketing from the start offering lodging/hotels and WA me first, the communication/response was very, very disappointing5. This is the point that is very, very disappointing, in our room there was no water heater which was mentioned from the start as a facility available. When the weather was cold, after swimming, we were expected to rinse off with warm water, but instead we were shivering from the cold.And the marketing reasoned that our room type was a new unit so the equipment was not complete. However, from the start I was booking marketing to offer the room, which means I should have known if the room wasn't ready to be marketed yet but it was still being offered, which means the hotel was only looking for profit without thinking about/prioritizing guest/customer comfort/satisfaction.I had a staycation here to celebrate my child's birthday, but what we got was very, very disappointing. Our child who should have been happy to be taken on a staycation turned into a mess/unhappy.Supposedly with the change from the previous management, this new management will be better but instead it is very, very bad!!NOT RECOMMENDED ❌

Drinking water is not provided, the water heater is dead, there is no TV, no one has a scratch on the car. Looking for food far away...think about whether you want to stay here...
