We are there for our first night and there is a rat in our room we saw it pass on a beam. We informed the reception and a guy came to look and told us it doesn't matter, he's not going to eat you. No kidding! It still remains a disease-carrying rodent...

I wouldn't go back. The hotel is dated, even the rooms aren't that great. The air conditioning doesn't work very well and there is often no hot water for showering. As for the owner (or the person at the reception) he is not very friendly in my opinion. The service however is almost non-existent. We requested breakfast in the room at 7am because we had a boat booked at 8am and it arrived more than half an hour late, also delaying our excursion. Furthermore, the room was not cleaned twice, nor the towels changed (placed in the dirty clothes basket). The only positive aspect is, there is a beautiful sea, early in the morning it is very quiet if you want to stay away from the mess that is on the rest of the island.

The room and facilities are pretty good for the value of the money. The staff are great. The location is quiet and far from the crowd, but they have a great sea view with a pool bed. Also, they offer beach towels; just ask at the front office.

I really enjoyed my weekend here. We spent 4 days in Gili Trawangan, in a nice bungalow. The location is amazing, just in front of the beach where you can snorkeling on the middle coast fcoral and turtles. Ricardo, the owner, is present 24h and he is very kind and ready to help.Big projects for this place will come soon.. so I’m sure we are going to come again!Thanks for make this journey in Gili memorable Alam Gili!!

For service, hotel employees were so nice and helpful. (Eka and Budi, we wont forget you guys thank you so much)But the owner not really friendly and there was a water problem, we couldnt take a shower properly. If Eka and Budi were not there, we would be so sad… This 3 point rating for owner and water problem, so for Eka&Budi and for their service only, I would give them 5

Very well located, in a quiet part of the island but still very close to everything. We rounded the islend and I think it's located on the best side of it ;-) Just in front of a great snorkeling spot accessible easily at high tide. Generous breakfast served right on the beach. The hotel is not super recent but full of charm, and the staff extremely kind and helpful.

Beautiful hotel in a finally quiet location on Gilli T Island. The bungalows are spacious and built in wood in a very Balinese style. No restaurant, but opposite there is everything you need. The team is very pleasant.

The facility is getting a bit old, but it hasn't lost its charm. Incredibly friendly staff, great location for snorkeling and diving. Diving center, ATM and restaurants in the immediate vicinity. Every day we went snorkeling directly on the beach at least twice and always discovered at least 1 turtle, millions of fish and corals. Spotted octopuses, sharks, dragon fish, clown fish, etc. while diving. Very good value for money.
