Wonderful hotel, kind, gentle staff, beautiful location, and a unique island. ❤️I struggle to say many bad things about this resort. The people are an absolute delight. So gentle, friendly, kind, and genuinely care about helping you. Any questions you may have answered and advice is always offered. This is always done with a large smile, it makes such a difference and is incredibly hard to come by, so thankyou!The resort itself is modern, New, and crafted very well. Me and my 3 friends stayed in the 'art rooms', they were all decorated slightly differently but all to the same standard. The bathrooms were huge, bedroom spacious, including the balancy with clothes rail to dry clothes outside, 2 sunbeds and chairs with a table. Kettle, water replaced every day, so you have 4 bottles each day. The fridge was cold, and housekeeping was done to a basic standard ( beds made, fresh towels if on floor and sweep). The pools were lovely. They did need some shaded areas, but you can choose a sunlounger to sit under shade and move when the sun does! 🌞The location was near enough right on the beach. Below is an ice cream shop that sells milkshakes too, across the small road was the sandy beach. Comfortable to walk on without shoes, the sea itself is on a reef, so ensure you wear shoes or go when the tide is right so you can snorkle or swim without touching the bottom. Sunset was lovely both from the restaurant on the resort and down at floor level, making it a perfect romantic location.They use horses with carriages to get around the island, and you can get them ordered through the hotel if you choose or walk from the main ferry Dock, which we did. It was approx 30- 35 mins in the heat, with limited shade.Honestly, it is the perfect resort for relaxing, without the loud noise, in the sunshine with your friends, family, or alone. The staff will look after you.

Bad experience in Pearl Sunset Resort.I stayed in room no 12 (2 - 5th oct)To start with the food is not upto the mark. Breakfast served was stale (avocado & bread) and not filling. The staff was not attentive, kind of rude and service was super slow. I waited very long to order and to get attended. They are understaffed.The resort is far from the city centre so please note this before booking the place.I have no other choice but to complete my stay here. I will not recommend this place to anyone.Thanks,Abhishek

Was part of a small group, and we had a very nice and relaxing time spent here. The location is the other side of the island from the ferry port. About a 30 min walk or about 10 minutes by horse and cart (which costs around 150k-200k). You can rent a bike from reception when you arrive. Which is about 60k a day.The location is great for sunsets either at the restaurant or on the beach. The restaurant is good but I think it's a little too expensive. They also didn't do any sort of happy hour.The rooms are really good, really big and spacious. The only downside is if you are a light sleeper, bring an eyemask because the curtains do let a lot of light in.Both outdoor swimming pools are good but have limited spots of shade throughout the day.The main enjoyment from our trip was all the staff members we had the pleasure of meeting. Rarely have I ever been so impressed with the staff at a resort. All of them were amazing. Really personally, friendly, 5 if anything too helpful. They are all a credit to resort.If I ever go back to the Gili Islands. I shall definitely stay here again.

Very nice resort, far from the chaotic "center" of Gili T. (which I appreciated) but in the part where you can see the sunset well.Super friendly and attentive staff.The resort offers a beautiful swimming pool with pool bar, an excellent restaurant with tables indoors or on the beach, bicycle rental for a fee (though highly recommended) and a private beach with sunbeds and poufs.The room is spacious and clean with a nice terrace overlooking the pool.We also used the spa for massages.The only flaws that I would like to share are that this part of the island does not have beaches with deep water so you necessarily have to move if you want to swim in the sea and this means renting and paying for sunbeds elsewhere. But on the other hand, nature cannot be commanded.Another little thing, I would have preferred the buffet breakfast instead of the à la carte one, even if the choice is wide and everything was delicious.
