Super nice spot a bit away from the port, but everything is easy to reach with bikes (we asked HDR, who even drove the bikes for us to the hotel and let us leave the bikes at the port on the day of departure and they also had big praise for that)The staff, no matter who they are from A to Z, are all super nice and always available for a little chat, just super super super 👍👍👍. Breakfast is just as delicious as it looks and if you want, right on the beach where you can also go snorkeling. But check at the neighboring hotel or at the stands for a mask and, above all, shoes!!! to borrow. Otherwise everything was great, especially for Trawangan. Gladly again - with one of the top accommodations we had on our 18th trip. Greetings to the team. 🙏

Me and my husband celebrated our honeymoon at Nero North. We absolutely love the location of this hotel.It is located in the quiet part of Gilli T. It's only a short bike ride into the hustle and bustle of the island.On arrival, we were welcomed with a lovely drink and were quickly shown to our room. The staff made us feel welcome throughout our entire stay. They even arranged lovely flowers on our bed for our honeymoon.The food at the hotel is delicious, and the service is great.The room is very spacious. The only negative thing I would say is that you can hear a lot of outside noise from people walking past the room at night, but it didn't bother us much.I would highly recommend this hotel, thanks to all the staff for making us feel so welcome.

It's located in the north, so it's quiet, and the sea in front of the accommodation is Turtle Point! While having breakfast and snorkeling on the beach, I was lucky enough to see 6-7 sea turtles every day. The staff were friendly and the accommodation was pretty, so I was able to fully experience Gili's unique sensibility. It takes about an hour to cycle around the island, so I recommend it to those who want to swim quietly and comfortably in the sea. By the way, the cat Bella is very charming and cute.

Very nice and friendly hotel with exceptional service of Ayub, Tari, Amir and many others (sorry, don’t remember all names of the very friendly staff). Fantastic restaurant serving great food. Thank you to the entire Nero North team for taking good care of us!!!

Small structure but with a thousand comforts, served with courtesy and kindness by the wonderful staff!Clean and spacious rooms, super high level restaurant and breakfast service, no buffet.Structure with private beach in front with the possibility of seeing turtles.Congratulations again to all the staff who made us feel at home.Quiet area in the evening without the noise of the clubs but with the bicycle you can reach the center in 15 minutes and the sunset aperitif area in 5 minutes.

Beautiful location facing the sea, away from the confusion but still convenient for getting around. Large and bright rooms. Breakfast a la carte but really delicious. Excellent and varied restaurant cuisine. Congratulations to all the staff for their kindness, friendliness and availability. We had a really good time

What a disappointment! But what a disappointment!We have been traveling through Indonesia for 1 month now and we have never been so disappointed with a hotel.The only positive point: the staff is very nice. Apart from that everything is a disaster and I absolutely do not understand the positive comments from other customers.Negative points:- the photos are made in a way to deceive you.- The rooms are aging very badly. Ripe with holes and impacts. Stains on ceilings- Cleanliness to be reviewed. Hair and crumbs behind the bedside table. Grille the bathroom clogged with dirt.- TV unusable- Very poor WIFI- No bike rental- Beach development is non-existent, which stands out compared to other hotelsAnd the must of the must, inedible breakfast. No quality, no taste, and none of the vacationers finish their plates. In addition to this, coffee is not included in the breakfast, so you have to pay extra.

Rooms and service are not badThere is a sewer smell in the bathroom.Breakfast is not tasty and the air conditioner is not cool.The provision of bottled water is not just one bottle per night, but one bottle per stay (whether you stay for 1 night or 3 nights).(even 5 nights)There is a sandy beach on the way to the port, so you have to go around it.There were so many coral rocks in the sea in front of the accommodation that my aqua shoes were torn. In the end, I moved to another turtle point and paid a daily fee to watch the turtles.

Recommended for those who want to stay quietly. The staff is friendly and nice. It's a bit far from the port, but it's worth a bike ride. However, the water quality is not good, so you must carry a shower filter with you. The breakfast is delicious and you can also use the beach in front.

I love this place , very peaceful and amazing staff very friendly and the food is halal which is a bonus for Muslim tourists . The pool is beautiful, rooms were beautifully decorated with flowers from the respect trees . The bed was very comfortable and the restaurant serves a variety of dishes and drinksStaff are very courteous and welcoming. The receptionist was wonderful and assisted me with my laundry and recommended some snorkelling activities around the island .Breakfast was a la carts and served at the beach which is a bonusPrivate beach area makes it so comfortable for swimming and relaxing in the evening watching beautiful sunsets

Even though we only stayed for dinner we were impressed by the well-kept and welcoming resort, with a splendid view and tables directly on the beach.Relaxed atmosphere and service with friendliness and typically Balinese rhythms, fresh food and excellent value for money. The cocktails are also excellent.

Went here for tea and had the fantastic fish platter for two! Really great fish and sauces with it. Good service when we arrived, but after the meal, no-one wanted to clear the table or take a drinks/dessert order (so we went somewhere else!)|Definitely recommend this place for the food.

We stayed in the hotel for 3 nights, the room was nice and all in all the experience was great. We had problems with wifi, it didnt work properly in our room nor in the beach. Regarding the breakfast, it was good but we felt it was weird it didnt include cappuccino coffee for example ( this has been included in all of the other hotels we've been staying). The service was good but slow and some of the trainees made misstakes every time.We recommend this hotel and we feel with these small improvements they can be top rated soon.
