Our two night stay at Desa Dunia was very relaxing.From the moment you check in you perceive an air of tranquility and relaxation that will distinguish your stay. Away from the nightlife of the northern area (but not too much, about 10 minutes by bike) Desa Dunia has a dedicated beach with free sunbeds and umbrellas, breakfast is always served there in the morning, very relaxing!The rooms are quite clean, we found some dirt on the canopy but overall it was fine.The only flaw of the room are the light points, the room is dark but follows the mood of the place a bit.The room and bar service is excellent and the staff are very friendly.The beach is subject to high and low tides, when the sea is high you can safely swim and snorkel, the structure provides fins and masks for free. The area is renowned for being close to the turtle zone and snorkeling area, I even managed to see one! 🐢If you want to treat yourself to a few relaxing nights, Desa Dunia is for you, we liked it a lot 👍

We spent 4 nights in this establishment and we ate there almost every day, the meals were so excellent. We tried another restaurant once, but quickly regretted it. Breakfast is varied, with a wide choice of sweet and savory options, fresh fruit platters and delicious juices. The staff is extremely kind and always attentive. The housekeeping is impeccable. The hotel beach is superb, with quality facilities and service at no extra cost. You can rent bikes on site, and beach/pool towels, as well as masks, snorkels and fins are provided free of charge. When we arrived, we were offered a delicious orange juice. In summary, exceptional value for money, ideal for those seeking peace and quiet, far from noise and parties.

Spectacular place! From here the sunset looks much calmer and the views are incredible. Far from the places where everyone goes to see the sunset, here it looks just as spectacular or better I would say! The attention is very good. I highly recommend it if you are around Gili T.

Excellent stay at the hotel Very well located in the north of the island (15-20min by horse-drawn carriage) in a quiet location far from the hustle and bustle of the port. We stayed her for 4 nights but could have stayed for 4 weeks. It was honestly so perfect. The staff couldn’t do more for you, the location was great, the accommodation provided everything we needed. Breakfast was delicious and served in the beach! We stayed for the seafood bbq one night which was so impressive! You could borrow snorkel equipment straight from the hotel and the sunset right outside! We loved it. Gili T as a whole was our favourite place we visited could recommend more.

We only went to the restaurant. What a change from last year!The menu has changed significantly (not as good) and on the other hand, prices have exploded.The older waiter tries to make tasteless jokes and the quality of the food is significantly lower than before.Last year we went there every day.This year, we were there one evening and.... never again!

We were guests of this hotel for 3 days and had a great time. Among all the hotels where we stayed in Indonesia (and they were all 5 stars) this four star one is the one we liked the most.The hotel is located in the quietest and most beautiful part of the island and has a private beach with an adjacent restaurant, from where you can see the crazy sunsets. The rooms are all very typical bungalows, spacious with an outdoor bathroom and shower, very neat and clean. The hotel offers a bicycle rental service and in a few minutes you can reach the port and the most touristy part. It would be better to reserve them in advance as availability is limited. Breakfast is à la carte (not buffet) which is a bit of a flaw, but they are flexible enough to satisfy requests. The team was really very kind and helpful; they pampered us all three days. Truly an excellent quality-price solution.

I went to this place for few days last week and the only thing that I could say is : amazing ! The place is magnificent, the staff is always here for you and the view from their restaurant on the beach is impossible to describe…I’ll definitely come back for my next time in Gilli T 😁

We stayed 3 days in this wonderful hotel..... The last hotel in Gili Trawagan that has kept the Balinese spirit.Great teamVery nice roomSunrise and sunsetVery pleasant swimming pool as well.Far from the noise of the party people on this island!Had high snorkeling on the beach with dream fish and turtles.The team is really nice and the cuisine is of a good standard.
