The room is about 10 years old but the price is cheap, so many people use it. Around 350,000 rupees or 800 baht per night for Thai people. This price is for a room of 37 sq m with a kitchen set. Two air conditioners are considered good value for parents with 3 children. Can be cooked with rice But there will be a problem with the air conditioner not being very cool because the glass lets in the sunlight. Turning on the air conditioner 24 hours a day shortens the life of the air conditioner. Didn't rest the machine, worked hard, a lot of women's hair fell on the floor, there was no vacuuming in confined areas such as under the bed, under the sofa, behind the drinking water dispenser. The paint on the walls is peeling off in some places. You need to hire a technician to pick up the paint so it will look better. Including changing the cleaning person The sofa is torn because it has been used for a long time. Overall, the price is 800 baht. Because I'm in the city About a 2 star hotel But the room is wide and has a lot of furniture. There is a kitchen set. There's no mattress cover. There was only a bed sheet. If the person before you sweats a lot, the dampness can stick to your back. But increasing the price of washing the mattress cover may make the room price more expensive. As for the pillows, I'm not sure if they wash them or not. But some pillows require 2 pillows. The mattress is attached to a glass wall, causing the sun to shine in, causing the sun to kill the crawlers inside. Free Wi-Fi tested for 10 megabikes.

Just came here on December 26 2023. I went to the apartment. Oh yes, this building is adjacent to the Harper By Aston Hotel, only the apart part called The H resident is located behind the Harper Hotel. Motorbike parking is in basement 2. The parking area is good, that's how parking is calculated per hour, there's no flat rate if you stay like that. I entered at 16.15 until the next day at 11 am I was charged a parking fee of 38 thousand for the motorbike. Oh yes, there are 2 doors in the parking lot to get to the lift. From the motorbike parking area, the right one is the lift for the hotel, the left one is for the apart. I stayed in apart room 928, the room was okay, but when I entered the toilet there was a stain, but luckily it was cleaned immediately after complaining. The pillow is very thin, it can be replaced many times, the pillow is cheap. The air conditioner wasn't cold and it snapped 3 times, but the electricity wasn't strong, maybe. The location is not strategic, if you don't know, the position behind the hotel is a bit difficult, I also got lost. But the view is nice hehe. That is all and thank you

I don't really like staying in apartments like this because I usually do1. Had to go through the agent again and it turned out to be true, the process was really smooth (this depends on individual policies, right)2. Parking fees per hour3. There are no toiletries (even if you bring your own too)There's something going on around Cawang, so I don't want to give it a try. Entry access is a bit confusing, different from what Gmaps directs.From the parking lot to the lift door there is a total smell 🤢 try checking the drainage, it's not really healthy, it looks like there are lots of blockages and foamy drains.The city view is not bad even though there are a lot of fingerprints on the glass haha ​​(don't wipe it down or not)
