Dear Team Cove, I am very satisfied with the facilities provided at The Home. There is only one drawback which in my opinion is very crucial and needs to be improved immediately, namely related to the internet connection (WI-FI) which is very unstable and tends to be slow. I have lived here for 3 months, I have also reported it to the Support Team and the answer is always 'will be checked'. Please act immediately on this matter. Thank you 🙏🏻

The first day I entered here, there was immediately a problem with security regarding car parking, the cove did not inform me at all that the car park was full. Not recommended for those who want to WFH, because the internet is super bad, when I complained I was told to do a speed test, even though the problem was internet stability.The sink on the 3rd floor hasn't been repaired for more than a month, coordination between the cove and the staff at the location is poor.Only the location is strategic, the rest is lacking.

Stay here 2020-2021. Good facilities. The room was clean every afternoon, cleaned, etc., but it was difficult when I left and the deposit was forfeited + many of my things were missing even though I put them in drawers, such as watches, etc. and the guard was not helpful. The guardian of Thomas's name used to often ask me for 100/200/300 gt. Think again about boarding here. It's expensive to come in and it's expensive to come out
