The downstairs room is leaking, the plates are still dirty plastic plates, they're already slippery with washing oil and they're not clean. where's the dust? The pillows have lots of cat hair. The sound system leaks into the villa next door so the sound is double. The swimming pool is dirty.

Be careful if you want to book villa Hanna1 or Hanna 2, the experience of me and my extended family was very unpleasant because we were stranded for almost 4 hours without confirmation and couldn't get in because we weren't given a key even though we had paid in full. The reason is that the payment money was taken away by the marketing. Even if it's true, it's really none of our business. Obviously we have paid in full with proof of payment receipt. Who knows, there is a game between marketing and villa management... how do you know? Because we were tired and we brought parents and children, we were forced to give in by paying additional rent of 1.5 million even though previously we had paid 3 million. So total payment is 4.5 million. For those who want to try booking, think again. Don't be fooled like us. I really don't recommend this villa.

Villa Hanna 1 Cilember, villa with a rustic feel, unique natural 2-story wooden building, spacious rooms...I really like the atmosphere, the view is really really beautiful, surrounded by mountain views, the air is cool, the facilities are really complete, there is a private swimming pool, billiards, table tennis, playground, futsal field, Villa Hanna 1 is also close to the Cilember waterfall, only 3 minutesThe rental price is affordable, really fun for a holiday with the family, I want to come back again 🥰

the swimming pool is dirty, the floor is sticky and never mopped, when it rains it leaks and the bottom floor has a tampias... the point is that the cleanliness of the villa doesn't seem dirty

When I arrived the villa was really dirty, if you didn't mop the floor it was sticky on the nozzle, unfortunately the view was good but the condition of the villa was dirty
