The house is a dream getaway! Immaculate cleanliness, a quiet atmosphere, and stunning design create a luxurious retreat. The spacious rooms and beautiful design enhance the overall experience. Highly recommend!

The first time I arrived, I was immediately greeted by a blackout. First impression, the atmosphere of the Villa is quite good and very spacious. But that night in the front room of the kitchen, which has a bathroom, there were mice, two of them were running wild, making me unable to sleep 😩 the intention was to heal, but instead I was in a bad mood. Where's the mattress foam? It's also melting 🥲, fortunately the child can still sleep soundly. And the next day at 1/2 10 in the morning even though it wasn't checkout time before there were already guests with reservations, they could then enter the Villa area. Even though check-in is supposed to be at 14.00, it just makes it uncomfortable. Just this once is enough here

It wasn't really professional when we wanted to come, we just asked for the way, don't come yet, there were still guests, but our turn was still early, there were already lots of people coming, even though we still had the main event and the place was actually used by guests who had just arrived, making the whole family in a bad mood.

The villa is not recommended, the AC remote was not given, the mic was broken, the bathroom smells... please improve the service so there will be more visitors

the mattress smells, the sofa is really hard. karaoke mic is broken. the bathroom is dirty, the room has lots of cockroaches and tenacious feathers. I'm sorry.

really really ordinary and not even recommended, starting from dirty brown water, dirty buckets, frequent lights out, when you arrive the swimming pool is dirty and cloudy and the worst is the service from the villa which seems indifferent to the needs of the tenants

The swimming pool is dirty, for karaoke mix, only one of the others is broken. The bathtub is broken and can't be used. The spring mattress is bent in. The others are just normal.

The villa looks neglected. There are lots of sawang everywhere, you have to wear a mask to sleep because it's so dusty. The mattress is also sinking. it's really uncomfortable to sleep. In the middle of the night the sound of dogs was really loud. Makes you wake up.In the kitchen, he also likes to pass the curt. The blender is no longer suitable for use.The windows don't have locks and not all of them have bars. Once it's there, it's limited.The bathroom is super duper uncomfortable. There is a bathtub but it is broken and moldy. The bathtub is super dirty, even though the water is clear. The most uncomfortable thing is, there is a bathroom that doesn't have a ceiling 😥 it really makes you anxious when you go in there. Afraid someone will peek. The problem is that there were thieves too 😱 at night there was a lot of excitement because there were snakes.I don't recommend using this villa if the management doesn't improve the infrastructure. It's a shame that it's not well maintained, even though the villa is quite spacious and the atmosphere is pretty good. Even though the road to get there really makes you keep on praying.Hopefully there will be improvements from the management.

Cleanliness is lacking in all the rooms, the room is poorly lit, there is a cat sleeping on the bed and there is a lot of cat hair, the windows don't have locks so thieves come in so we can't sleep, the door lock is also broken, the bathroom is dirty and the tub isn't cleaned, there is no shower. frogs, the swimming pool water is dirty, there are snakes too
