It is a very convenient location. There is a 7-11 just 50 meters away. The room is comfortable and the air conditioning is strong enough. The bed is comfortable.

The room is clean and safe, complete with iron, refrigerator, dryer, microwave, plates and spoons, good price, convenient transportation and close to 7-Eleven. The owner is lovely, both the admin and the resident, giving good advice and speaking beautifully.

Great location. The 'hotel' is a shophouse unit converted into rooms. There is one person on site to check you in and that is it. The walls are thin so you can hear the other rooms. The aircon was good and bathroom was adaquate. Great location and good price makes this place worth it if you are doing business in Bangkok for a few days.

The pictures are deceiving. This place is in some alley way. Small rooms and bathrooms. It does not appear to be safe. We have a group of 10 people. I do not recommend this place because it is not as advertised. It's not the big building. It's in the alley way side of the big building. Again, I do not recommend. We ended up not staying at all. It's a couple that airbnb their home. It was such a waste. DO NOT RECOMMEND! It's a rip off. The amount of money for this place was not worth it. I highly do not recommend at all.

But toilet space is very small, very hard to bath my kids . There is no stair to upper level, so for old ppl is quite difficult to climb up and down. Location is ok, few minutes walk to MRT.

Two steps downstairs to 7-11, 5 minutes walk to BTS, 6-7 minutes to Jodd Market, the location is very convenient. The B&B also responds very quickly, and you can contact us via Line, Whatsapp or Wechat, which is very convenient. The room was overall okay, there was no place to put clothes when taking a shower, the air conditioner was cool enough, and the bed was comfortable. The disadvantage is that the toilet is very small and the sound is quite noisy at night. The slippers of the residents upstairs are very loud.
