The place is good, but the burning of rubbish in this place is really bad, almost 24 hours the rubbish continues to burn, even if you want to breathe fresh air it becomes poison

My experience of staying at the Urban Resort Botol just two days ago was two rooms, the view was pretty good, I got one towel, there was no cup/dispenser in the room so I couldn't make coffee, the front of the room had AC water dripping on the table, in the room there was no chair. I got rooms I and J, the roof top has a good view, the swimming pool has a broken ceramic base, please have the management repair it because it's dangerous if it hits your foot it could tear a lot of ceramic shards at the bottom of the pool

Tried a staycation at this hotel, didn't expect it to be that comfortable, good view.The only problem is that you can get a room where the TV happens to be off & the toilet is actually clean, the bathroom, but you can also get a toilet which isn't clean enough (there are still traces of someone's previous pupi like that).The children are also very happy, they can do public swimming (WLWPN doesn't have a pool for children yet), and a playground for children...It's really calm here, perfect for a staycation.The price range for a standard room is around 200-300kFor the deluxe (I'm deluxe btw via the Reddoorz app, get the price of 250 thousand hihi fortune) 450-550kThe deluxe has a bathtub. If standards don't exist.Free wifi btw!Overall will be back soon~~

When I came here, I got a room that happened to be facing a wall, the TV was off, the front of the room was littered with tables and buckets that were no longer in use and sanyo which was quite disturbing the sound. The room concept is good with large windows but unfortunately the view is a wall 😅 The room is super spacious, the AC water heater works very well 👍🏻 Suggestions for the owner are improvements, such as the swimming pool floor which is starting to crack, make a warehouse for items that are no longer used, the view is beautiful Surrounded by Pangrango, it's just a shame that the arrangement and concept are not quite right

the location is on the side of the road, going to the top of the room, the rooms can be accessed by vehicles, the facilities are good but the bathroom door is a bit broken, the service is good, but the TV doesn't connect straight away and comes for help and the wifi is also fast, there is a swimming pool

This is really beyond expectations, judging from the review which said there were lots of ants. there are lots of ants but only outside the room. It's still normal because there are lots of trees and it's damp after the rain. the room was very clean & smelled good, the TV couldn't broadcast for a while, but the handling from the hotel technician was swift and the TV returned to normal. The bathroom is also clean, there is a water heater & AC. The minus is that you can't get mineral water, and you only get 1 towel, there is only hand soap in the bathroom. THE BEST IS THE ROOFTOP! SUNSET AND SUNRISE JUST GO UP TO THE ROOFTOP, NO NEED TO GO TO THE PEAK, THE VIEW IS THAT BEAUTIFUL.. the rest is really okay, I will even repurchase the next time I go to the peak. Certain! 👏

Stayed at the Urbanview Hotel on April 12, checked in at night, it was really dark with little lighting. The rooms are in the inner area, can be found on the floor. 1. Actually, for the price of 555 thousand, I didn't expect much, but you should have had toiletries and mineral water, tea, coffee in the room, but that wasn't the case. The condition of the room is bad, lots of ants. It seems like there's just a lack of maintenance and just a little renovation, so it doesn't look worn out... actually it's really nice, there's a swimming pool and garden

The service is very good, the hotel is clean, cool... I checked in at 22.30 because I wanted to rest and in the morning I wanted to go again, I chose a room near the swimming pool at L. Checked the facilities, it said there was drinking water, etc., and I only got 1 towel, and there weren't any other facilities.
