Don't rent this villa. Beware of thieves syndicates on the loose. My family has become victims of a lost motorbike at this villa.

Recommended for holidays with family / office events with a large team of up to 25 people, parking space can accommodate 4 private carsthe place is nice, comfortable, cool, clean, there is a swimming pool, and the photo spot is not bad, there is a BBQ area, the bathroom is also clean, bigThe location is near Bogor Safari ParkJust a suggestion, if you can, write the Villa Rosenheim sign rather big + put a light on top of the sign, because at night it's a bit dark, the writing isn't clear, just to make things easier.

It's not bad, but it's a shame that the rooms are only one down, 3 more up the stairs, if you bring your parents it's difficult to go up and down. The water was very small when it came out in the morning when I wanted to pray, the water was turned off.

Currently, as of February 2023, Villa Dewi Rosenheim has taken over the management of the villa directly by the owner. So the old and unclean management is no longer with us. The owner takes better care of the villa.

I won't be staying at this villa for the second time, this is actually an old villa that has been renovated. The bed and blanket smelled really musty. The swimming pool is a bit shabby. The only extra difference you get is a thin mattress, and that's it, the pillow + blanket really smells like it's never been washed 😥

It's too dark and even the entrance is scary. Dirty bed sheets, dirty mattress, smelly pillows, when I opened the pillows there was mold, the extra bed had extra dust, it made allergies recur, the position of the building was in a different place which made it uncomfortable for gatherings, the stairs to the top floor were outside so I couldn't go down when it was raining. Oh yes, the bathroom was clogged, especially when it rained the drain overflowed and the water was dirty and smelly. Not recommend!

Last week the extended family held an event here at Villa Rosen Heim. The capacity is for 25 people, even more. The facilities at this villa are quite complete, guys. These are the facilities: 4 rooms, 7 mattresses, 15 mattresses, blankets, pillows, fans, magic com, 2 stoves, 2 dispensers, 2 gallons, refrigerator, microwave, karoke, WiFi and a pantry too.Large parking area for 7-10 cars. Walk a little below the villa, there is a complete stall selling everything, so you don't have to go far to the main road to look for a minimarket.Oh yes, road access here is good, guys... so you don't need to worry about bad roads if you want to book a villa here...That's all the information, happy holiday 😎
