I stayed on September 15-16, which was the peak of the worst traffic jams. Thank God, we still get the red earth unit.we were stuck on the alternative route approximately 2km from the resort because many people wanted to enter the road cut and many wanted to exit onto the Puncak highway.but the resort staff on the phone wanted to accompany us, thank God, the family who was holding back their toilet immediately took them to the villa on a motorbike and they helped arrange the way so that we could get out of the traffic jam and quickly rest at the villa.Very satisfied with the service, I didn't expect to be served before entering the resort. It's amazing that Bumi Cisarua Resort has no minuses.clean and well maintained villacomplete and good facilitiessheets, pillows, towels are all clean and smell goodsoap and complete toiletriescomplete cooking equipmentProper water heaters don't just existThe price is honestly not a shooting price and is really cheap

This villa is on the top of your list if you want to heal again at the top, after the traffic jams the fatigue pays off when you get here. The friendly staff, the service is great, and what I noticed the most is the CLEANING of this VILLA is extraordinary, the glass is shiny not only in the unit occupied but also in the public facilities and it is also spotless (keep it up!) The bed sheets, pillows and blankets don't make it itch, they smell really good. There is no smell of wood and humidity even though the air is quite cold. In the afternoon the fog usually descends, so that's an opportunity to take photos and enjoy the atmosphere of the resort, a bit creepy but worth exploring. Fasum doesn't make you bored, you can play billiards and make sure you swim in the pool 🥶. The route to the location is a bit steep and narrow but it's not far, no problem if the car is good. Overall thanks for the service Mrs. Acin and staff. Give discounts often, OK?1 more, you can explore the waterfall not far from the resort, just a 15 minute walk. Paid 10 thousand per person.
