The atmosphere is comfortable, the rooms are spacious, in the villa my family chose there are a total of 4 rooms, a good choice for a group stay. Every day you can ask for help cleaning the villa (especially if it gets wet from swimming, you can ask for it to be mopped). When you go to the back of the parking lot, it turns out there is a small garden. It's suitable for children to play on the swings and slides. In the same area there is a fountain designed like a waterfall, good for taking photos.

I lived in a C2 elephant for 12 days. It has an excellent view. It has a gecko, and this is normal. We have been living with it because of its abundance, and the people of Indonesia do not slaughter it like us. It expels it from the place. I liked their treatment of it. It was a beautiful, quiet and comfortable stay, starting with the reception staff, led by Brother Muhammad Aqili, and ending with the resort workers. The villa was wonderful, clean and tidy, and the workers were extremely cooperative and welcoming. It is worth repeating the visit in the coming times, God willing. We took the villa, which has two rooms and has a wonderful mountain view. It is close to the Saudi grocery. Its rooms are clean, there is a washing machine, and the Internet. It has Bluetooth headphones, and the TV has a Smart TV installed. It is true that it has the sound of late-night songs, but it is not loud at all because the operators are far from the complex.

Villas suitable for families 100%, complete security and privacy, cleanliness of the place and the complex itself, and there are toys for those with children and close to Arabic groceries. My observation is that the furniture is a bit old and they do not have towels. I hope that at the inventory time before handing over the villa to the tenant, the inventory paper will be in Arabic and not Indonesian so that I can sign the paper and I am sure that What he wrote there is correct

A swimming pool in the villa, but I am talking about a situation that unfortunately happened to me and ruined my entire day. Al-Moya was out of the villa from 4 a.m. to 8 a.mI contacted them more than once, and unfortunately, I did not receive any response from them, to the point that I myself offered them more than one solution, including providing two mobile phones.Or change the villa. Unfortunately, the solutions presented were also rejected. I know that the issue of water loss is beyond our control, but there are supposed to be urgent solutions. It is not reasonable for nearly four hours without water.

The villa is nice and spacious, there is also a washing machine which is rarely provided in other villas. the cooking and eating utensils are incomplete, the shower in one of the A2 rooms is useless, the cleanliness is 60%, some of the lights are off too, the atmosphere is cool (not cold)

God willing, may God bless you, the best family experience for us in Puncak, excellent privacy, excellent staff, the villa is very clean, the location is excellent, close to Arab restaurants and the mini market. When I go to Puncak again, the Jumeirah Villas complex will definitely be my first choice.
