The views and entertainment for children and families are very good and good. The service and rooms are also ok. It's just that the food is very lacking, both the variety of food and the cleanliness of the restaurant. Please improve it further or give room options without breakfast. Because hotel breakfast is really lacking .

Stayed in Hobit Room 35, for a great view. Kids like it too. But it looks like there are animals on the ceiling, whether rats or something. Because I like the crackling sound from the ceiling. Access is not very easy for people with disabilities, even for those carrying suitcases it seems like a waste. Because the access is full of stairs 😅What's unfortunate is that if we're hungry during the day, the Hobbit Coffee isn't open... if we order something from the Hobbit Coffee menu, it's not even available. They started opening afternoon service.

Child friendly hotel with lots of facilities. Free to use the shuttle car. The staff service is responsive and friendly. I stayed in the hobbit room. The bed consists of a queen size and 1 bunk bed (suitable for 4 people). Check in and check out at Seruni 1.The lighting in the hobbit type room is dim, even during the day it tends to be dark, perhaps in accordance with the concept of being in a cave.Hot water works well. Complete amenities. The jasmine soap smells really good.

Conceptually, the Hobbit House is very interesting for children and families.The facilities are also ok, each hotel has its own facilities and can be used freely by visitors to hotels with other themes.It's just a matter of maintenance, the color of the Hobbit statues is no longer good, a lot of the paint is peeling off.The slide area in the Hobbit House also looks like it is not well maintained, the grass is quite disturbing to footsteps.With Hobbit House unit rental prices being more expensive than other room types, visitors hope that the area will be better maintained.The restaurants are also located at Seruni 2, it's quite an effort to climb that many stairs to the restaurant area.The variety of food is quite ordinary, there is no special children's menu, even though with a themed hotel like that, isn't the market share made up of families with children?When I visited (July 9-11), 1 slide facility was not functioning, even though that was the fun part.The sheep & rabbits are dirty, even though their fur is lost and it would be funny if it were cleaner.

There's only one toilet in the swimming pool, actually it's not a problem, the problem is that it's used by people who don't know the meaning of "toilet" so it's used as a "rinse room", so even if you want to go to the toilet there's a long queue because it's used as a rinse room for bathing, especially for families, And the funny thing is that the staff at the swimming pool also said that what was written about the toilet was that it was used as a rinse roomThe room was very dark, dirty, there were even insects, the food didn't ask before, there was no improvement in the taste
