My friend and I were last here in 2020, and it was my best experience. I took a room for 100 thousand. When others say the room is quiet, dirty, gloomy, I don't feel that way. We actually got very good service, starting from being taken to the room, giving towels, toothpaste, etc., to the breakfast session. I am very grateful to the hotel at that time, this year maybe the hotel is less operational or maybe it is still in the renovation stage. But I am very grateful for this hotel. Because this hotel is the best place for me to rest, and is a silent witness that I was accepted to work at SAMOSIR 🥰🥰, thank you Ambaroba Hotel, always successful ❤️❤️❤️❤️

Of the many hotel choices in Tuktuk Samosir, this seems to be one of the most pocket-friendlyFor regular rooms: 150K/night, but for lake views 250K/nightbut because the price is that much, please understand the facilities and service- lots of rubbish in the yard, terrace, stairs and in the corners of the hotel, I don't know how long they will clean the room- I can't ensure the sheets are changed when guests check out- big building but looks like it's an old building- When I went there, it seemed like there were only 2 waiters- no food menu available, including breakfast. There are only snacks and drinks for sale, so you have to look outside

We got a room for around 100 thousand, we were grateful to get that price, beautiful view, spacious parking, running water and quite clean. The service is friendly,.... I feel comfortable, I think it's worth it.... Hopefully the hotel will get better....

First time staying here, initially I wanted to try ordering from the Reddorz application but was afraid of getting a room that didn't meet expectations. In the end, just try your luck and come to the survey.And get this hotel.For a price of 250 thousand you can just get a towel and soap. Can't have breakfast.The room has AC but it doesn't work. But the air was also quite cold because it was right on the edge of the lake, there were no mosquitoes to sleep soundly.The toilet runs smoothly, the sink faucet runs smoothly too. Shower is good, there is hot water. The bathroom doesn't smell. Only the bidet hook came off.There is a TV that has digital broadcasts.. The dressing table, wardrobe and sofa chairs are old and not suitable for use. It's better to just replace them with plastic chairs. But it's not a problem because I don't use it, I mostly go out sitting by the lake.For me, during the holidays, this price is quite affordable.Recommendations for the next holiday in Tuktuk with the family...Hopefully the room facilities can be improved and the owner/receptionist's friendly service maintained..Thank You...

WORST HOTEL EVER. IT DOES NOT MATCH THE PHOTO. PRICE 450 RB. CANNOT BE REFUNDED. MANAGED BY REDDOORZ BUT JASMINE CLASS . THE PRICE IS WORTH 75 RB PER NIGHT.

The lights are off, there's no generator, there's no fan in the room, let alone air conditioning, hot shower? Ahh, don't fantasize. It was a shame to stay overnight because it was moved unilaterally by Traveloka. For the price of 350 thousand, you don't get anything, it's really lucky. One group ordered 8 rooms for a total of 2.8 million. A long time ago, when I left JKT for a holiday, I learned a life lesson...Note: the hotel ordered was not this hotel but was moved by Traveloka to this hotel because the hotel ordered to be renovated was lacking rooms

Horrible, scary, dirty, old building, doesn't match the photo. I ordered using Traveloka, because it was scary, my family and I didn't stay. We took 3 rooms, because I canceled, I lost my money. But it wasn't a problem rather than having an uncomfortable sleep.
