I've ordered bbq but it's complicated. Promised delivery at 18.30 but not delivered until 20.30. there is no bathroom mat if you don't ask for it. not recommended.

Actually it's okay, but the stairs are too steep... if you bring children it's a bit dangerous, because the steps are small.The main room smells a bit, every time you enter the room it smells like that... the trash can is complicated and can't be opened, it's better to invest again in a rather large trash can...The most disturbing thing is the bushes leading to the main bedroom and at the edge of the swimming pool. My leg is already bleeding from scratching the bush twice. My hands too... Balinese pandan trees interfere with access to the main room, they can hurt your face. And in the main bathroom too... it's better to take it out, replace it with smaller plants.Breakfast is okay, although the menu is not varied.

Equipment (TV in each room and living room, Internet, Playstation, Cookware, Cutlery, Refrigerator, Stove, Rice Cooker, Clothes Steamer, Umbrella, Sandals, Swimming Duck, Bath Robe, etc.)3. Strategic environment and location in the center of Jogja city, plus in front of the villa there is a 24 hour Madura stall and Warmindo with delicious food4. Security, day and night there is a villa guard on standby5. Admin responds quickly to WhatsApp6. Friendliness of the hotel, starting from the villa guard, breakfast provider and admin7. Adequate parking for 2 cars8. Prices for extra beds are affordable9. Best price if you order directly from Ubu VillaCons:1. Once in the morning I couldn't take a warm shower because the water heater needed to be repaired, it turned out that initially it only relied on solar heat, the electricity to the water heater was not connected. This complaint was quickly responded to and corrected2. Coincidentally, I got a pool that was dirty, so I didn't dare to swim...unfortunately this complaint was not followed up3. Breakfast so so..4. Not well managed for internal coordination from Ubu Villa (water heater technician asks guests about follow-up, payments from breakfast provider and admin are not in sync.. have paid more to breakfast provider but admin is not informed, confirm breakfast plus 3 pax to the admin, but no information was given to the breakfast provider, the extra bed calculation which should have been 2 nights, only counted as 1 night... fortunately the renter was honest, hehe)5. The bathroom is stuffy because there is no exhaust fan6. The bathroom drain is clogged, when you shower the water pools7. Soap/shampoo is not good8. The main bathroom toilet flush is not smooth9. The top 1 room toilet flush button is broken10. Really self service, the second day there was no housekeeping like in a hotel11. The grass plants in the living room access to the main bedroom are not neat12. The arrangement of cables, modem and STB on the TV table is not neatOverall comfortable for a staycation, just gathering at the villa with family...It can easily be repaired and managed better

This place would have been more convenient and breathtakingly pleasurable for the guests to stay in should they put an air conditioner on the first floor. There are 3 rooms in total, and one of each has a complete set of relaxation items. The villa is suitable for pacifists as they have a private pool as well.

It's fun to have a big family holiday here, the event is more intimate with all the complete facilities, what's even cooler is that the villa has a modern Santorini style feel...the best
