Hello! I stayed at this guesthouse at the end of my holiday in Jogja, only 2 days and rented for IDR 400k.Maybe this used to be a rich person's house or it was deliberately built as an asset. The building design is sturdy, the rooms are very nice and modern, fully furnished.Unfortunately the location is quite far from the city center, outside the Ring road. If you are a backpacker from outside the city and don't bring a private vehicle, it will be quite difficult to live here, because the location is in a village alley.Another minus point is that the building is on the edge of town but has no Javanese elements, minimal joglo nuances or Javanese ornaments.And the third minus is, why does the mineral water have to be so small, like 240ml? Even though the price adds several thousand for a 600ml bottle.And the last minus, I think this is a minus... people's views may be different, the toilet is very clean, but the floor is too modern, could you use gravel as the toilet floor, or use a rough texture/black cement to get a natural impression.

Highly recommended, the rooms are nice, clean, the water heater also works. There is a kitchen with it too. The location is not far from Malioboro cm 20 minutes and around the hotel there are also lots of places to eat and cafes so you won't be confused when looking for something to eat

The right accommodation for travelers who want to tour Yogya Sleman and its surroundings, because the location of this accommodation is quite strategic. It is close to culinary centers, department stores and other facilities. This inn has an honesty kiosk, which provides toiletries and snacks or instant drinks and food. Parking is quite spacious, and service is good. Prices are very affordable for young couples and families.

Comfortable and quiet.The advantages of the room include: local TV, wardrobe, cold AC, private bathroom with hot water, drinking water and prayer mats for Muslims. There is a stove and dishwashing sink outside the room. Selling drinking water outside with an honesty kiosk. Can have extra bed.Cons: No hanger, bring your own toiletries.

If you're looking for a homestay, just come here, it's really homey. It's really nice. The only drawback is that there are no hooks in the room, that's all. If you want to cook Indomie, you can, there are cutlery, you can also cook with hot water. Cheap again.

Wow...amajing...original, a place to stay at a budget price, but 5 star quality, really, rooms are clean and fragrant, bathrooms are clean dry and fragrant, living room, kitchen, available and usable, parking space R2 and R4 is available, ladies and gentlemen are super home, very highly recommended, I've been here again and I'm still super duper awake even though I entered at 12 at night the gate was still open, thanks to you guys and Ms Tri ๐

One of the best home stays in Jogja. Prices are cheap with very good service. It's just that the place is a bit far from the center of Malioboro city. Facilities include AC, TV, indoor and outdoor bathrooms, WiFi and shared cooking equipment, stove and refrigerator, so if you want to cook, just bring the ingredients. Every time you go to Jogja, you definitely come here as a place to stay, recommended

For a home stay, this is good, the important thing is that it is clean and very comfortable.Not bad if you're broke, or if you're going to jogja for a few days, alternate between sessions so it doesn't get too swollen. HeheeeFor comfortable rooms, cold AC, good TV, clean towels, okay hot water, okay wifiBut bring your own amenities, guys, because they're not providedOh yes, there's no breakfast here... But just outside the street, there are lots of people selling gudeg, satay, etc.

I've stayed here twice... it's really recommended... apart from being cheap, the place is clean, comfortable, there's a kitchen too so you won't be confused if you're hungry, it's also good for those who bring children, the lady and the bro are looking after them really well and Very friendly... next time you go to Jogja, stay at Gendis again

One of the homestays with affordable prices and satisfying facilities in Yogyakarta. The place is clean and spacious. The homestay guards are also friendly and alert. The experience of staying here feels like home. The rooms are clean, there is an inside bathroom and an outside bathroom. There is a kitchen, provided with a refrigerator and stove. There is a viewing room. There is a drying area and a gazebo for gathering. There is also mineral water and several snacks for sale at affordable prices. Hopefully the good service will continue.
