Expensive price but cheap quality.Soap, shampoo, toothbrush, toothpaste are not provided.The AC isn't cold, the dispenser doesn't work, the electrical switches are prone to being used as toys because they are located outside each room.

The price does not match what was ordered in the application. The officer asked for payment of the difference between the original price and the price in the application.The pillows are smelly and thin, the pillowcases are crumpled, the bed cover is yellowish white, it seems like it's only changed once a week/if there's a stain.The plus is decent wifi, spacious parking,No amnities,

At first the wifi connected, but over time it didn't connect. Only 1 towel was given even though 2 people were staying, besides that the towel was already fluffy. The service is lacking, there is no pantry.

Easy to reach location. Near the UNY and UGM campuses. Cheap, but not cheap. Clean, well maintained. The parking lot is quite large, fits at least 8 cars and dozens of motorbikes. The facilities are quite complete: mattress, thick blanket, wardrobe, table, chairs, TV, amenities (brush, toothpaste, cotton buds, comb), shampoo and soap, and warm water. Special note: yesterday I got a room on the second floor. 1, and when I entered the room for a moment, the internet signal on my cellphone disappeared. Sad! There is wifi with a microtic system (one room, one account with a maximum of 3 users), but it's connected to no internet, once it connects it's slow, sorry. Sorry to say, actually the place is really comfortable and cheap, but as a modern human being, I don't want to be separated from the internet signal.

Price is really OK.The TV is adequate and functions well.Wifi works quite optimally.Clean comfortable mattress, clean bathroom.The AC is cold and cool. The service is very poor, guests are not taken to their rooms, if you get to your room you are confused by the power going out, you just need to turn on the electricity meter on the wall in front of the room, be careful and pay attention so that you don't end up turning off the electricity in the room next door hehehe.The parking lot is indeed equipped with CCTV, but there is minimal security, the parking lot is wide open in front of the hotel. I visited at 11 o'clock at night and the guard was asleep.

The location is remote but not far from the busy center. The room is spacious, there are lots of TV channels, the room key uses a card. The room was clean too. But the shower in the bathroom couldn't be used so you had to use a bucket. Sometimes the hot water is sometimes not available.

When I first came to this place the front office was not friendly, I stayed 2 nights but it turned out I only entered it into the system for 1 night, as a result on the second night I couldn't enter the room but in the end the other front office was able to solve it. The first time I entered this room there were no blankets and I had to ask the staff first. Standard rooms cost around 200, what is also regrettable is that the shower hose is leaking, as a result the shower cannot be used and only uses a bucket and scoop.Under the mattress was also very dirty, there were food wrappers, bottles and other rubbish which for some reason had not been cleaned. In the cupboard drawers there was also rubbish from the previous occupants. The AC works well. The hot water also works well. Cable TV also has quite a lot of channels.
