I've stayed here before but I wasn't very comfortable, the used glass still had granulated sugar left, it wasn't replaced. When you enter the room there is only 1 towel, you have to ask for tissue and water first. The bed was dirty, there were traces of lipstick and shoes (the washing wasn't clean). The cupboards and tables were dusty, the toilet flash was really loud. The TV signal is often lost. The room floor is dirty.Please maintain and improve its cleanliness.

Honestly, I really don't recommend it. I booked in advance then checked in at 11/12 at night, if I'm not mistaken, I got a room with moldy walls. Not really worth it at the high price at that time.The water is not warm at all, there are no amenities, you can't get mineral water.Sleeping was also uncomfortable, the bed sheets and pillows were "dirty" and it happened to be raining that night, when I was trying to sleep I suddenly felt a splash of water. And sure enough, it turned out to be leaking. It's not a small leak, it's a very big leak. I think the room is no longer suitable for staying in, at least it could be repaired before opening it to guests.I feel wronged. I couldn't rest anymore, lying on the bed splashed with water 🗿🗿

Standard room size, got the price of 280 thousand because of the long weekend. Room 104: There is a smart TV, a WiFi router in each room, the clothes hangers are stuck and it's hard to use them because they're blocking the mirror. There is refillable soap, even though it's running out. One cm towel, no mat. You have to ask the receptionist for extra towels. There is a hairdryer, water heater, tea, coffee, sugar, but no mineral water 🥲.
