I really regret bringing guests herePriced at 725K but the service is very badThe reception department is not friendly with guestsWhat else is the house keeping department?The room was flooded due to rain seepage, asked for help to clean and replace the extra bed, housekeeping actually came with an angry face and even then the extra bed didn't want to be replaced.WE PAY NOT TO SLEEP RATELYIF YOU FEEL HARD TO BE TOLD BY GUESTS, DON'T WORK IN A HOSPITALITY

The first time I brought a group to this hotel, we were warmly welcomed by the receptionist, we were helped. Comfortable, clean, quiet place. There is a free breakfast option by the lake. And the yard is clean... If you go to Samosir, you will come back to this hotel.

The room is nice, clean and smells good... around the hotel is also clean... the reception service is okay... suitable for bringing children because of the pool... the only downside is that the only breakfast is fried rice, fried noodles, no variety... At that time the ceres were also already fragile and a little it smells so my child doesn't like it.. In my experience, I asked the receptionist for a 5 year old child not to pay.. when at the restaurant my child was told to pay.. But over all everything was good..

The hot water machine is not active, there is no TV remote, there is no AC remote in the room when staying overnight, only the atmosphere by the lake is supportive

The location is strategic because it is close to the Ambarita ferry pier and not far from tuk tuks.The rooms are OK, and the beach is very nice for playing and suitable for children because it is quite safe because there is quite a large area of โโshallow water on this hotel beach

Comfortable, cool and calming. The downside is that breakfast is rationed and every day the breakfast is the same as that, there is no change. Fried rice, fried noodles, tomatoes, cucumbers, papaya, bread, SKM chocolate spread, meses, tea, coffee, water. However, if you want extra or breakfast you can pay only 25,000/person
