My little family and I, felt very disappointed and felt lied to, we were far from Lampung, booked a room the 1st day before leaving for Yogya, Samoe Yogya had the intention of going straight to rest, but instead we didn't get a room, even though we had already PAID in the application, where I brought a baby, I was told to wait for a long time, I didn't even get a room, I shouldn't have done that, I was really disappointed, I'm going to report it to the authorities, because it's not a question of money, but responsibility, especially I'm emotional because I brought a baby, in the middle of the night I was told to wait for confirmation , did you know there wasn't a room? It's crazy!!

The room I stayed in was clean, there was no itching or anything like the previous review.The minus is that there are only 3 TV channels, I don't understand the function of the refrigerator anymore (hint don't open it 🤫), and the marks from the old AC placement haven't been repainted. I realized it might not be enough to take care of something like that if only given 2 hours (check out time: 12.00 and check in: 14.00)So it's a question of rooms at that price, clean is enough in my opinion regardless of the word comfortable.If we talk about comfort, the bathroom makes me speechless... Haha😑.
