The first experience was okay, the room was good with complete facilities, until we stayed more than 5 times. Well, for the last 2 times there weren't any facilities at all, the last night there weren't any dust bins, towels, soap, water at all, even the underbed was very, very dirty, even though I've been a frequent repeater, please help the management improve it again facilities and equipment in the room

OMG I can't say any more, really bad experience here. When I entered I didn't know which receptionist it was because it was the same as another hotel, it turned out they were in a very strange closed room. the elevator is also strange, the hallway in the hotel is also strange, after entering the room the first time it smells musty & damp😭😭 the sink smells, the bathroom is dirty + there is no mat in front of the toilet so it's wet, glasses are provided but the glasses are super smelly and dusty . There were no toiletries provided at all, there were only towels and they smelled like they had been used by someone but hadn't been washed. The bed sheets in the room are really dusty, it's really strange😭 What kind of hotel is this if it's not taken care of? very weird. I got a room with only 1 lamp, so the lighting was a bit lacking. the pillows in the room were thin. The AC wasn't cold, the AC remote was broken, the TV remote was broken, everything was strange in this hotel. This is the strangest experience of staying in a hotel. I don't recommend regretting not reading the review first huh

The place where the Google point is in the blue and Ojol applications doesn't have the same name because there are Jowo Klutuk 1,2,3 so it was confusing at first.But try going to Khlutuk according to Google map Klutuk 1, it turns out the place is the same. And also be one with the next hotel.The room looks dirty. What's more about the bathroom? That's it. Yesterday I got a pretty decent weekend price. Hopefully it will be fixed after this.

Stayed here several times, really cheap. Service is a bit lacking, there is no admin, if you want to check in you have to WA first and the admin will come to you. There is no receptionist like that.The rooms are comfortable, if they are good, they are neat, clean, smell good, complete with soap, towels, etc. But when it's bad, the room smells, the bathroom smells, there's no soap, it's dusty, etcBut yes it's really cheap poooooolll

Prices are affordable, on weekends prices increase but that is normal. The rooms are quite clean, and the service is very good. Maybe what needs to be evaluated is the towels which need to be replaced because they seem to have been used for a long time, then the reception area which may be very difficult for new residents to know. Overall good, recommendation.

The sheets were dirty white, the blanket was dirty white and thin, the bolster pillow was very thin and the cover was dirty, the bathroom door had been eaten by termites, the towels were torn at the edges, the color was white and white like a floor mop, there was only a gallon of mineral water, a plastic plate, plastic gels, different from other rooms such as the Jogja living apartment (there is a stove, gas, nice plates, glass glasses, pots, pans, sotil). It's a shame if you book at Jowo Kluthuk. 😒😔😤😠

In the Agoda advertisement, the place is good. When I checked in, it turned out that the boarding room was nice. Where the sofa smells of urine when I complain that the room is full.
