In the same class as a budget hotel, the price is cheap and you can get breakfast.. Ample parking, location on the main route.. Price is room only.. the worst thing is that the water tank leaked and the water entered the room & made the bed half wet & it wasn't replaced in the room the others are still empty

I ordered an AC room on Agoda, until the hotel room was full, it was booked offline, then I was beaten because it said it was booked last minute, I was told to just cancel it, but it was already late at night when I brought a fussy baby and I had to cancel it, which was really complicated, there is a fan room if you want it, where's the plug? just one thing, if you charge your cellphone it means the fan is turned off, you won't give me your money back, even though I downgraded the room, the room is really stuffyThe only plus is that the bathroom is clean but there's a lot of sand, there's no hot water, don't expect it, then the receptionist is hard to contact, her mother is also curt, I often say thank you because I entered the hotel so late at night but she doesn't reply, it's too bad, never mind. What else, many hotels are full, and I'm tired of searching

The kanar is clean, smells good and the price is very affordable for family groups. What is certain is that the service is SPECIAL, HIGHLY RECOMMENDED. A short and enjoyable two day holiday at BWI.

The intention was just to take a break from the trip (early May)When we arrived at the hotel, other visitors also protested at the reception because they had booked and paid via the application, but when they arrived at the hotel, they said the rooms were full, no one had registered on the app. Lol. Be careful if you want to stay at this hotel. They use the mode that if we order online, we will be told that the room is not available and we have to upgrade, move room and add money to a higher price.Koko is the one who increases prices and sets tariffs.the receptionist also conspired.I paid more for an AC room, it turns out the room I got was not AC.The room is narrow, dirty, very hot. At night there are noisy vehicles on the highway passing by.In the morning I complained to the telephone number listed at the reception, it turned out to be connected to the hotel owner and I told him everything.It turns out that the owner said that it was a fraud by Koko and the receptionist.The promise was that my money would be returned, in fact it's NONE until now.Just be careful guys, even though you need the closest and fastest hotel to Ketapang, it's much better to just look for another hotel.Be careful
