Booked and deducted money through Traveloka. Money already deducted When I arrived, I was told there was no room. The room was full. I went to contact Traveloka to get a refund. I came from Bangkok on a motorcycle. When we reached our destination, it was like this. Let's analyze it, sucks!!

The room was not clean, full of ants, dirty, couldn't watch the television. WiFi can't be played, the door is stuck. The bathroom is even dirtier and the condition is not worth the price. 500 per night with what you receive 300 is still not that great. Expensive is expensive. If you don't improve, you should adjust the price down. If it doesn't rain, we probably won't stop for a break!!🙏

The room is quite spacious. But it seems like they haven't cleaned it much. Ants and lizards are everywhere in the room. They also have excrement. We have to wipe them out with a cloth.(The price of 500 is considered expensive)It would be good to improve this matter a bit. There are no measures to prevent Covid. Good thing we brought spay.

Very bad. When checking in, there was no one to give me the key. When entering the room, I had to walk and find the room myself. The room was not locked. Plus, the atmosphere was scary because the little water flowed, sometimes stuck, sometimes not stuck. It's only good that you can bring animals. The air conditioner can't be adjusted, the TV can't be watched, there is no Wi-Fi, no soap, no water, nothing, plus the room is very dusty. Now I'm allergic to dust and the rash is very itchy. Plus there were some unknown insects in the room that had to be brushed out. The uncle in charge didn't tell me anything, just the room number that at that time there was next to the room so we stayed. Very disappointed with the money. The pictures posted on the website, please change them to be accurate. Some straight wood is very old and deserted.

In the Agoda picture, it's very beautiful and a good place to stay. When I came to stay, I felt unsafe. The uncle in charge couldn't answer anything at all about food and eating in the nearby area. The room door can't be locked. The bathroom can't be locked. Woke up in the morning to find the power was out, the water wasn't flowing, there was no one to look after it. If we wanted to return the room, there was no one to take care of it. We would have to leave immediately.

The atmosphere is good.....but the cleanliness is very poor...I don't know what kind of nest it is in the living room...On the floor there is dirt all over it..There are still remains of other customers' personal items...Uncle. The person who gave me the key..television didn't work.There is no wifi..asked uncle..he said he didn't know. Not an employee here...I asked if I could get a discount..like this...Uncle said he didn't know (it had nothing to do with money. but lost the feeling)
