Location wise, good, easy to access, near the beach. The service is quite good. I am comfortable with the service.Unfortunately there are lots of smokers, so it's not comfortable when you want to rest. The smoke enters the room through the ventilation.The room I took was a standard room, I was quite surprised because there was no electric socket to charge my cellphone at all in the room.๐
The condition of the room could possibly be improved, it was quite difficult to lock the windows, the curtains were also torn. The condition of the bathroom could also be cleaner.

The mattress is very hard and not a recommendation, the bathroom in room 107 is very inadequate and the public bathroom is still good. Please, the hotel owner, fix the room first, and sorry, I'm a bit uncomfortable with the gentlemen of room 106 asking too many personal questions even though I'm staying with my wife.

*Room registration 250 thousandThe receptionist was not friendly.The lobby guest sofa was damagedThe water was off for more than an hour.Entering the room the floor was a bit dustyThere is no charger socket, we asked and were given a terminal.The page is not cleanThe bathroom floor is also not clean.Requirements obtained: 2 mattresses, TV, AC, 1 towel, 2 bottles of water, 2 small bars of soap. I have often stayed at the Bakti Hotel, please ask the receptionist who is a bit tall, white and wears a hijab, to be taught more about service, has no manners, talks like in a market, likes to shout, to be honest I always cancel the check in if the receptionist is Ms. that's because the service is BAD, it's more helpful if you are with little ladies who wear a hijab and have short hair,Please, Bakti Hotel Management, be guided again by that one receptionist, it's okay to be beautiful but you also have to be civilized and have good manners.

Intend to take a break because of the long journey, the next room is very busy...It turns out the hotel is crazy, my God...The bed sheets smell and have spots...Tissues scattered...There is a safety guard(k*nd*m) in the bathroom...Cleanliness please!
