The complex is really beautifully designed, the rooms are very modern and the view of the rice terraces from the balcony is magnificent. The dinner was good and the breakfast was really extensive and tasty. However, the rooms were really noisy, so sleeping was only possible with Oropax (due to the loud neighbors).Our biggest point of criticism, however, is the table decoration in the restaurant. On the tables there are very small glasses in which a small fish “swims” for decoration. He can share the space with a plant in which he always gets stuck. We hope that our review can change people's minds, hence the bad rating (even though the accommodation itself was really nice).

The room was new and clean with a great view of rice paddies. They offered free bicycles to ride around the rice paddies. Their restaurant served a good dinner and they prepared breakfast at 2 AM before we left to Kawah Ijen, and the breakfast was still good even though we ate it at 8 AM.

Great location for a visit to the Ijen. The room is nice and spacious, but the bathroom is not entirely clean. The staff is very accommodating.I would actually give it four stars, but I have to deduct one star because of this poor guy: The staff wears shirts that say “In harmony with nature”. You can't be serious about live fish as decoration in the glass on the restaurant tables! This is definitely not “In harmony with nature”, but rather cruelty to animals.

We didn't stay at the hotel, we just stopped for a coffee but left the place immediately. There were small vases on all the tables, with inside each a fish dying in 10 cm of water, in full sunlight... There is another way to decorate a table than to make people die. fish for the eyes of tourists... It's cruel.

Small and very modern hotel. We had a junior suite which is reasonable big and suitable for 3 people with a side bed - side bed is very low and not super comfortable but ok for one night. The bathroom and room are modern and clean.The restaurant has a wide choice and fair prices. There are limited options for vegetarians though as well as for people with food allergy (e.g. gluten-free). The staff tried their best but did not really understand our gluten-free requirement so we ended up with plain rice for one person. The pool is nice and fun for kids.Overall, it is a nice and modern hotel and recommended for this area. Limited options in the restaurant for food allergies and vegetarians are a downside.
