My stay at Banyu was great! Ronnie the owner is super helpful and kind.I booked last minute and Ronnie first picked me up from the train station, then arranged my health certificate and transport to Ijen, then drove me to ferry to Bali while also giving me recommendations. The breakfast after Ijen was also quite good. His home has a beautiful back garden with many plants and is very peaceful.

Excellent homestay, the staff is adorable and will take care of everything for the excursions, from the mask to the medical certificate. Possibility of doing laundry. Good breakfast. Very clean and comfortable room, good bedding and no noise in a small garden far from the main road.

I highly recommend!!! The owner is very hospitable, helped with a medical examination, a respirator, etc...And at the end there’s breakfastThere is parking! For bikes, I can definitely say that private closed is free

Very close to Ijen crater, the owner is a very good person, always willing to help. The rooms are very comfortable and they have a colorful garden with a lot of charm. Terima kasih!😊

Such a great stay. Family running it are lovely with basically zero english. Used whatsapp nearly the entire time which they translated to have a chat. Or Google Translate in person when needed. Gave us a lift to the train station and booked our tickets on the app for us with his daughters help. Breakfast given was basic but tasty. He organised our Ijen tour without us doing anything and just paid the driver. Easy place to recommend. ATM close by. Located slightly out of town so need to use Grab for transport.

Great accommodation for trips to the Ijen volcano...the owner and his wife are very nice and helpful people...we felt at home...tour...transport...scooter everything was offered to us at extremely fair prices ...coffee or tea and breakfast were also included. Rooms are clean and the garden is beautiful Great stay...Thank you...absolute recommendation from us

We are greeted upon arrival by Roni who manages the homestay. He is incredibly kind and attentive. He helps us with everything. The room is not very big but very well furnished. Electrical outlets next to the bed, storage cupboard and sufficient bathroom...a magnificent garden...a little paradise in the SommeWe recommend 100%

Roni was the best host we have had during our travels. He treated us like we were family friends rather than customers. He organised my trip to Ijen for a lower price than anyone else I spoke to. He also brought me to a clinic to get the medical certificate. He drove us to a restaurant for dinner and collected us after. He and his wife brought us tea to our room, gave us a nice breakfast each morning, and let us use his motorbike at no extra cost. He also organised an express serve for our laundry and brought us to the train station when we checked out. We really appreciated their kindness and hospitality.The room was clean with a beautiful courtyard outside. We would highly recommend staying here.

Excellent homestay. Highly recommend! Clean spacious rooms with comfy bed, hot showers, nice breakfast, friendly owner who is very helpful and accommodating. Beautiful greenery around and seating areas outside the room. Great place to stay before Ijen and perfect location from the ferry port.

Never judge a book by its cover is true for Banyu Homestay. This Homestay is pocket friendly. It has amazing garden inside. The entrance is through small passage. It has good WiFi. The owner is a thorough gentleman. Supported us to get driver and guide for Kawah Ijen trip. Came to woke us up at 2AM night. There is private big garden behind Homestay which Owner took us to have a look. Rooms are small but have a big bathroom. Rooms are good for Couple but may not be fit for family.
