Arrived early at 1am before checking in at 2am, Ms. The staff was quick to prepare our room early, thank you, the rest was worth it for that price, thank you. Just improve the cleanliness of the toilet, maybe shine it up, etc

Very worth it for that price.I ordered 2 rooms and apparently I was given a villa with 2 bedrooms. So not only do you get 2 rooms, but you also get a kitchen, dining room, family room, terrace, and there's even a small garden next to the dining room.Only 3 minutes from the Solo toll gate, suitable for transit for those who want to go home to East Java.Facilities in the bedroom:- AC- Inside KM with water heater- TV- Towel 2- Soap 2- Cupboard- Table and chairsOther facilities in the villa:- The stove can be used- Cooking ware- Dispensers- Tea and Sugar- Quite complete cutlery (glasses, plates, spoons, forks)- Dining table with 4 chairs- Sofa and table- Refrigerator- Chairs and table on the terrace- Clothesline- Umbrella holder and parasolLack:- Can't get toothpaste and toothbrush- One of the head showers is not workingBut overall, what we get at that price has exceeded expectations. The place is also clean. Only 3 minutes from the toll gate, but the atmosphere is calm because there are lots of rice fields around it. Suitable for taking a break when going home with the family.

The place is comfortable.. only the air conditioning is not very good.. the cleanliness of the bathroom is not very shiny.. cm yes it's not bad for that price.. there is a pantry which is available with sugar tea and kitchen utensils.. complete.. there is also a refrigerator in the living room.. For the cheap price, I didn't expect to get something good, so it's not bad for that price.Cleanliness is lacking, the car park is small, especially if it's fully booked, it's narrow. There are no parking attendants to help. The receptionist was not helpful. The pillow is flat, the pillow should be replaced. Dirty bathroom

Don't complain too much about this price rate. For those of you who want to stay here, the price is worth it. Maybe there are also prices like that with the Oyo, Red Doorz and other brands.But I'm quite satisfied here, what's more, I'm staying over before New Year. The coal cluster is cool, I didn't get 2 rooms and 1 private cluster, that's a really cool villa concept.The downside is that if you don't rent a deluxe room, you will share a bathroom with another room. Fortunately, when sharing a bathroom, people are not dirty and maintain cleanliness too.Apart from that, the car park was full on New Year's Eve so we had to go outside the fence (actually because there was a new Innova car which was long so our car couldn't be parked.)There is hot water and it's a bit inside, but it's not close to the rice fields so there's no vehicle noise.Thank you, Mr. Totok, who was very patient in serving me from the reservation, who was fussy about asking about this and that, but my first impression made me excited to stay here because Mr. Totok was friendly and patient.

The rooms are comfortable, only the cleanliness of the bathroom needs to be improved. Actually the room is not narrow, it's just that the size of the table and wardrobe are too big for that size of room, so it makes it feel cramped, so it's difficult to add an extra bed in the room, it's really tight.Employees also need to improve their friendliness & communication.What I like most is its very strategic location, close to everywhere. Near fast and cheap laundry. Calm, not busy with vehicle traffic. The contact person responded quickly and was friendly.
