order via RedDoorz apk. The first time I came here, I complained because the water in the bathroom wasn't hot at all and the guard said, they use solar panel heaters here. When I checked in (around 16.00) it was cloudy outside, so the hot water supply had (probably) run out. told to wait until 07.00 in the morning if you want to get the timing for the hot water to flow.After a few minutes, we complained again because the AC didn't get cold after turning it on to the lowest temperature. Luckily the guard immediately directed us to change rooms. Thank God I can move rooms, thank you.Well, when I moved into a new room, it turned out that the closet didn't have a lid, the shower was leaking so the water wasn't flowing properly, when the water tap under the shower was turned on there was a lot of green moss coming out and it was still cold, not hot at all :( yes, the result was late at night Every day we went to the bathroom to get really cold water, we also didn't get a dental kit (brush and toothpaste), there were no drinking glasses, only liquid soap, towels and mineral water.Next time, think again if you want to stay here. even though I think the beds and room sets are quite okay and clean, the services are also okay, the parking area and balcony are quite spacious, on each room terrace there is also a set of tables and sofas that can be used to receive guests who stop by and relax.That's all, it's a shame that there are some facilities that don't match what is stated in the RedDoorz apk and make you less satisfied. It needs frequent maintenance, especially in the bathroom.Hopefully this input can be constructive and everyone can get a better experience after staying here 🙏🏻

Will not stay here again, reasons:1. When I entered, the smell of the toilet was very strong, the housekeeper was spraying Stella, but when I had been inside for a few minutes, the smell was really bad, a mixture of Stella and the smell of the toilet which was really strong, until finally I put on a mask.2. Asked to move rooms, it turned out to be fully booked, and on the bright side, the hotel staff bought bathroom freshener, but it didn't have a big effect. When I entered the bathroom, the smell was like the smell of a sewer3. There is moss on the roof of the room4. Poll bad service, people say there are lots of minuses here too. Pantess is not very professional, I booked a hotel a month ago and suddenly I was moved to another place and that's the reason the bathroom was broken. Even though there are still other rooms where the bathroom is not damaged. When I protested, I didn't respond, I had to be scolded, glared at, then I responded, and that way, in the end, I didn't take responsibility as long as I moved to the customer's place. The owner is also very unclear about who it belongs to so no one wants to answer. If there are complaints here, the employees are only confused about the application. Yes, there should still be responsibility from the hotel. In fact, keep quiet, bro. You have to get angry before you can respond. I'm tired of being emotional. Finally I gave up because I was emotionally tired.
