Very disappointed with this inn, because the small child asked me to add 50 thousand, I couldn't get breakfast, if I wanted breakfast I had to add another 50 thousand (my son was 3 years old). On Traveloka there is no information that if the child has to add fees, it turns out it's AN SUNIA's personal account, it says all the accommodations here are like that, even though I'm staying at Royal Ocean, Loyal Friends, Blue Laguna Inn, there's no order to add fees, just here. what needs to be added, don't know if the owner knows about this or not?

We stayed here for 2 nights and we could stay again, however we believe that there are better deals in the same area for the same price, or ever for a cheaper price.Room: the room is quite nice but we felt that some maintenance is needed. We also had a lot of mosquitoes in the room besides our effort to avoid them.Bathroom: Ok, but cleaning could be better, it seemed very superficial. Sometimes we could also feel a very strong smell from the bathroom but we believe that is because of the plumbing system so there’s not much that the hotel can do about it I suppose.Facilities: nice spot on the 2nd floor to chill and relax, with cold and hot water available. Wi-fi was great on the first day but on the 2nd day it was really slow.Service: Ok. The lady that received us was nice however staff in general could score extra points if they improve their pro-activity on helping guests with general questions. We would also suggest a little bit more of sensibility from their side, since we had a very awkward situation when a staff entered our room in the middle of the morning without knocking the door. He entered without saying much, after seeing us in the room, he still went to paint a mark on the wall… 5 min. later he left without saying a word.Location: Great! Just in the middle of the main village, 10min. walking from the pier, near to services and restaurants.Breakfast: breakfast was included and it was served at the restaurant in from of the hotel. Portion are small and options are not many. We felt ok since it was included in the price but we wouldn’t pay the price for that meal.

check in and out process were very smooth. the place was strategically located right at the center of the island, 500m from the port, with a pair of cafe and bar right across the street.tv, aircon, hot water and all the essentials worked well. daily supply of mineral water in a reusable glass bottle provided. the host helped me to get to the port on my last day after being scammed by Abas Scooter Rental (do not ever, I warn you). it was such a very thoughtful gesture.definitely would come back, 10/10.thanks for making my stay nice and memorable.

The check in and out process was easy... even though there was drama before and after checking out where one of the staff asked me about the key even though I had left it with the gentlemen and said sir I'm checking out the key I left it on the inside door then the father said yes and I rushed to the hostel but my brother kept asking about the keys (because of him I told him to ask, but I haven't asked yet) I was annoyed because he was on the way to Semarang. And just checking in, the room key is a doll... alaak... it can be locked from the outside but it can't be locked from the inside because of loss... but after that it was fixed by a repairman. The room was clean, the AC was cold, the mattress was OK, the hot and cold shower was working. There is a teapot for brewing tea and coffee too. I just didn't use the hostel cup because it had traces of lipstick shards on it (if you're a girl, you know that, right?).. if I wanted to drink from all directions, it would still leave marks so I didn't want to use that cup.. when I wiped it, I was a bit horrified 😂, fortunately Every time I go on a trip, I always bring a Tupperware glass, just in case I don't have a glass or the glass isn't clean. For breakfast it's ok... but the serving takes a really long time... even though it's just nasgor... it takes around 45 minutes. Yesterday I took breakfast for the 2nd day because the boat had left at 6.30 and tea wasn't provided, but that's it. Oh, my suggestion is that it's better to provide a chair in front of the table... because a table that big is good if it has a chair so it can be used for eating, drinking tea or dressing up for women... Hopefully the shortcomings can be paid more attention to. the location is not very far from the port and the main square...

The rooms are okBreakfast must be ordered the day before, it is correctThe staff does not speak EnglishHot water in the bathroom 👍Management must be completely overhauled! The manager asked me to punish his staff! The staff took my things out of my room without even warning meI rented a scooter for 3 days, the first day the scooter had problems, so he changed it and before the end of the third day he came to ask me for the scooter without reimbursing me, he even came to borrow my new scooter which I rented elsewhere in the afternoon 😂😂and insisting

A worker there asked to borrow my scooter one night, no problem. Came back after midnight while I was sleeping and asked for a “lend” of money that he would return tomorrow, so okay. He locked me in my room when he left then. I had to phone a previous hostel I stayed in to let me out. I confronted him about it the morning after and he did not have my money and said he did not lock my door. The bathroom also flooded every time someone showered and the lockers in the dorm are all broken.

(+) The location is quite strategic. In the middle between the harbor and the main square. The breakfast is also quite delicious.(-) On Saturday, the cafe in front has live music and it's really noisy. Quite annoying for those who want to rest. The glass is dirty, there are lipstick marks on the glass. The sheets/blankets also had dirty parts. If you choose the twin, the floor isn't ceramic, and it's dirty, so you have to wear sandals inside, otherwise when you get on the bed you'll see that your feet are all dust.Actually the hotel is good, you just need to pay attention to cleanliness. Thank You
