Rooms: The rooms are nice, clean, although a bit small and minimalist. The room has air conditioning, and the air conditioning is quite cold.Service: Service is sufficient, you can get bottled water and bath soap. The hot water electric boiler is shared with other residents.There is no front office, because it is a homestay theme, but you can contact the owner directly to request something.Location: The location is a bit on the edge of town, but this adds value because the homestay is quiet, far from vehicle noise.The inner parking lot is quite small, only enough for 2 cars, in the parking lot there are yellow bamboo trees, which in my opinion makes the yard not hot and you could say it's not too dirty, it's natural that there are fallen leaves, because the planting is quite dense.Staying here is bot bad, if you are looking for a new feel, it is different and should not be compared with hotels, especially with star hotels.

Why don't I stay there on July 26th. The person guarding the place is less than professional. Cook checked in at 11 am and paid 160. In the afternoon at 18.00 he said it was finished. Did you count 7 hours???? . Are homstay standards like that???. I think the guard should be replaced
