Please improve the management, starting from the receptionist, security. It should make visitors or guests comfortable. It doesn't actually make guests feel uncomfortable

I stayed 14 nights solo in July. The hotel is on a very busy road with good bus links. There are lots of convenience stores, street restaurants and western fast food restaurants nearby. …

Br CO from here...honestly, when I first got a room on the 4th floor it was dirty, damp and smelly like it hadn't been cleaned before moving to the 2nd floor, it was a bit better...the hallway was dirty, the breakfast was hard, the plain bread looked like it wasn't fresh ( loud) the grill machine also doesn't work...sorry it seems like I didn't intend to provide it...water for a small shower...difficult to find food 🙏🙏

My Stay Wasn't Worth it at all!!The first time I came, I had to wait for reception who didn't know where to go at 14.30.When Ms. Rahma (if I'm not mistaken), the receptionist who was wearing a headband, Gucci necklace and YSL belt, arrived, I saw that she was very friendly towards the Arab guests. When I came to show my booking via Traveloka, this lady immediately told me to wait without further ado, she said I would be called later (a bit confused too). But never mind yeah. Then there was a new Arab guest who came to the lady, she was immediately greeted warmly, I waited 15 minutes and I went back to the lady to double check whether my booking had been entered or not, and Miss Rahma immediately gave me the keycard with a face. which is not pleasant to look at without further ado. When I entered the room, the room was very narrow, so I booked another room on the spot because I was with my sister and the room wasn't quite right, in fact I didn't expect anything from a room at that price. But, at least they have to show the hospitality!I got room number 503 (2 nights) and 507 (1 night)The next day at 11.30 my room at 507 was knocked by housekeeping just wanting to ask whether I would extend the room or not, even though there was a telephone in the room. I said I wanted to check out at 507 and 503, but I already booked them for next day. When I checked out at 507 and I moved to my sister's room at 503, housekeeping came again to ask about the payment, which they said I hadn't paid, even though I had already paid at Traveloka and I showed proof of payment at the reception when I checked in. .And when I was taking a nap, they knocked on my room because they asked for a photo of proof of payment.Fortunately, the housekeeping gentlemen were very polite when dealing with the receptionist, whose work was not good.Well said, either this hotel isn't going to be recommended to the Jakarta visitor or just give this lady training about how she treats the people.Anyway thank you for providing me such a service.
