Stayed one night here. The first impression of entering the room was immediately shocked because the place was very dirty, dusty and lots of animal feces. When I checked in the bathroom, the sink water was cloudy, but the shower water was quite clean. The electric plug was dead. I complained to the travel agency about the existing problems but the solution was to move them to a different room. For the new room, the situation is not much different. Lots of dust and dirty. Lots of rubbish not cleaned in the bathroom area. The price we paid did not match what we got. There is no hot water, no amenities except towels. In the morning we can just eat breakfast without drinking. The previous night we stayed at a different place with the same price but we felt the difference.Luckily the AC was cold and the bed was big and comfortable.It doesn't deserve to be called a 3 star, it needs to be re-certified.Even though the place and location are good and beautiful, they lack maintenance. My suggestion is that in the future management can improve everything.

The place is near the port. But unfortunately it's on the side of the road.Initially the room was dirty, there was dust and gecko droppings. AC and plugs are off. The sink water is yellow, only the shower is clean and the water runs smoothly. However, for this price there is no warm water, whereas in other similar accommodation there is.After complaining they were moved to another room. The situation is not much different. There was still quite a lot of dust and the mosquito net had holes in it, so I woke up at night because I was bitten many times. At least the AC is cold.There are no amenities, except towels.Breakfast was given only food, fried rice which tasted like rice and just soy sauce. No drinks.For the current price, it is better to look for another place to stay, because the quality is higher. We stayed one night here and one night somewhere else for the same price, and really felt the difference. Staying here was only forced because the other accommodation was full.The place is actually cute, but unfortunately it looks like it hasn't been looked after. Hopefully if it is renovated again it can be even better

In my opinion, the location is strategic, not far from the port. The rooms are comfortable, there is a balcony and motorbikes can be parked in front. It's just that the lights are dim so you need an additional light option. Then there are lots of ants, please follow up with insect repellent hehehehe. There's no hot water...

Very disappointed just 2 days ago staying here. Dusty place, lots of insects, lots of mosquitoes, dim lights. There is no cupboard to store your clothes, no TV, no hot water, at that price it's not worth it at all! Very disappointed! There is no lost & found method even though I left something behind and it is very valuable. Bad service!

lots of mosquitoes, leaking AC, dirty floors, lots of dusty equipment, lots of insects, not well maintained, no clothes hangers/cupboards, weak shower water, no hot water, tastes like rust when you rinse your mouth. there are still many other shortcomings. One more thing, there are items left behind that are not secured.
