Wonderful place, service absolutely brilliant, extremely clean and comfortable room.|All the staff were so lovely and helpful. We had a lovely relaxing time here, thoroughly recommend. Stayed here with my Mother and sister, as traveled to Indonesia for my nephews wedding.

View is amazing, and very quiet compared to the area where the big resorts are located. They don't have their own jetty so we had to ride on motorbike with the staff (thank God it's not raining). Maybe it's time for them to invest on golf cart. Room is clean. Water and electric water pot is available in the room, but they forgot to put spoon in it. No tea or coffee or sugar in the room. No refrigerator. No AC. Motorcycle for rent is available in the property. When we checked out, they took us to our next accommodation on bike. Remember, just be patient and don't forget to remind them if your order hasn't arrived. It seems that forgetting order and slow preparation are typical Samosir low back lifestyle, so just take your time and make sure order your food before you're hungryA little suggestion for the owner: Adding mosquito net on the windows will help as there's no AC and lots of mosquitoes around at night time. It's not comfortable to sleep with no ac with all windows shut

I came with the team and ordered 4 rooms in February 2024. Rooms are spacious, clean, very friendly service, spacious yard, directly onto the lake, highly recommended. I want to come again... thank you to the guard team there🙏

If you want healing, is there a place like this? The location is good and there are two good restaurants nearby. Close to the supermarket, friendly staff...I saw the owner every day for the 4 nights and 5 days I stayed. Maybe that's why it seemed to be managed very well.I had a wonderful time with very nice people.By the way, please contact reception before arriving at the port. Pick-up service is available.^^

The service was very unfriendly, when a friend took us to the hotel we were even suspected of wanting to stay with more than 2 people in our room, to the point that the car was said to be noisy and we were told to turn it off. Lastly, what annoyed me was asking for a deposit of 500,000, because he suspected there were more than 2 of us. Sorry, the building is yours, but we are your guests and we PAY. If you don't want to be suspicious, don't want to be noisy, don't want to serve you well, don't rent it. That's all

The accommodation is comfortable. Spacious garden. You can barbeque by the lake. The service👍. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, it feels like sleeping in your own room. The coffee is delicious, not sour. Very suitable for coffee lovers. Reading your favorite book while drinking coffee🥰

I stay here for 2 nights 2 rooms, very spacious room, clean. Good food with reasonable price. very convenience location, nearby lots of restaurants, groceries stores, beautiful view, and very clean and beautiful garden. they clear the water at walkways right after raining. quet and peaceful . love it. strongly recommended

This cottage is quite good, the rooms are also spacious, we ordered a deluxe room.The view is also good, which makes me less comfortable with this accommodation. At night all the lights are turned off while I like to sit in front of me drinking coffee while smoking and enjoying nature.When we first entered the hotel location, we agreed with my wife that we wanted to stay another night but when the lights went out outside, the atmosphere became eerie, so we decided to move to another accommodation.During the holiday season, it might be nice to stay at this hotel because there are so many people staying, on weekdays it's scary, especially at night because we were the only ones staying yesterday.Thank You

Not a good first impression. Planning to stay here but the operator who received the call did not want WA to provide information such as room pictures. Because I was driving and automatically didn't hold a pen, I asked the operator to write down my number and WA me first, but the operator didn't want to. The plan is that after the WA operator contacts me, I will only respond after I finish driving. Yes, the first impression is not very good, so it's not a match. Since I arrived, this is the first time I have been treated like this, all the hotels where I stayed when asked to WA me were happy to do so. The call back was not picked up again. Thank you for responding to my review. My days with my group were very enjoyable. Accompanied by people who want to accompany and serve us as guests. Sorry if I act like a King, if the King doesn't pay for the rooms, I'm just an ordinary person who takes advantage of the accommodation service business and pays for the services provided to me.
