Paarrraahhh,, in my lifetime, recently there was a hotel fogging with dengue fever mosquitoes,, there were still lots of guests in the rooms without any notification at all,, what's worse, there were a lot of children, babies and toddlers,, (there were 4 families) you know the smoke I entered the room, when the door was opened everything was already dark and full of smoke, I happened to be in the room above, I carried the crying children down, I went up again because my mother was already old, afraid that if she went down the stairs she wouldn't be seen, luckily she was awake, what happened? If this happened while we were still sleeping, it could be used as a lesson for hotel management

Very dirty, the walls are made of plywood. It feels like sleeping on the sidewalk, the sound of the road is very noisy. Only got 1 towel. Very traumatic

I really like this staycation at Hugo Suites Tegal, apart from its strategic location, the comfortable rooms are equipped with smart TV and WiFi, the rental price can be said to be affordable and the service is friendly. There are several shortcomings that I found and there are some of these shortcomings that can be overcome. improved by the inn.The first drawback that I noticed was the small parking area and if the parking area was full, then the full parking area would be an obstacle for accommodation guests to enter and exit the accommodation area. The second deficiency is in the networking system at this inn.For the second complaint, I had a less-than-smooth internet experience when I stayed at this inn, the less-than-smooth internet experience I mean here, I experienced frequent connection lagging and a high number of packet losses, so that I often had my connection hang for a moment and then connection returns to normal.This complaint applies not only to the WiFi connection provided by the accommodation, this complaint also applies to the smart TV internet connection. I also experienced something similar when I streamed YouTube or streamed TV shows via the TV broadcast streaming application that was provided and installed on the smart TV in the accommodation room.I often experience several disturbances when I stream YouTube or stream TV shows via the smart TV provided by the accommodation. These disturbances include frequent decreases in video quality, buffering and even streaming failures.
