I had a bad experience staying here. Among the things I experienced were:1. The amount to be paid is not the same as what the receptionist requested. At that time I ordered via OYO. At OYO the room price was listed at IDR 74,100 (after a discount from the original price of IDR 78,000) but the receptionist asked for IDR 100,000.I asked why it was different.The receptionist said casually, "That's how much it is, there's no price at Rp. 100,000.I asked again, "why is it different from the application?"The answer doesn't make sense, "it's different".I asked again, "What do you mean, if I pay via the application, the price is according to the application, but if I pay directly in cash, does it add up to that?He answered, "no, even if you pay via the application, you will add more to the shortfall to make it even Rp. 100,000.I automatically said, "Wow, this is a scam, isn't it?"He answered, "We have indeed exited the application. I asked again, "It's already exited, how come it's still there"?He replied, "don't want the application".Here I am lazy to respond. Because I was tired and sleepy, I brought a small child too, so I just paid IDR 100,0002. The room I ordered via the application was not the same as the one available. The room I ordered was at Mutiara Syariah 1, when I arrived at the location, I called the number listed (maybe the owner), he said, the room at Mutiara Syariah 1 was full. I asked, "Oh, I already booked, how come it's full????He answered normally, "It's full, bro, but we have an empty room at Mutiara Syariah 2, would you like it?""Oh my gosh" in my heart. But to quickly rest, I just want to. When we entered the room, it turned out that the room was not as good as the photo (MS 1). From the looks of it, this room (MS 2) should be cheaper, but (back to number 1)3. No toiletries such as soap, shampoo, toothpaste, toothbrushes and towels are provided.4. When morning approached, I wanted to go out to get a towel in the car, how come it was so dark, not a single light in the hallway or lobby was on. So I'm confused about where to go.

Nice and clean hotel

close to Lombok Epicentrum mall, BCA ATM, Mandiri cash deposit ATM, lots of people selling food around the hotel

The place is comfortable and quiet, also close to the epicenter....

We had a very large and nice room (F) the only problem being that there was no glass in the windows so you could hear people talk as if they were inside your room. And talking didn't stop till 2 a.m.
