Doesn't match the coverThere are no employees at the front desk. Use coffee shop staff to do it instead.The room was not ready for sale. Check in and have to wait for the housekeeper to make the bed.old furnitureOverall condition, just able to sleep, not worth coming in to stay.

large hotel It is far from Udon Thani city but not very far. It is peaceful and not chaotic. The rooms are clean, there are many types. There are many houses in the back, with cool air conditioning, strong water flow, and the room doesn't have a musty smell. There are a lot of plugs in the room.Good service staff There is a large swimming pool. Separate children's and adults' pools The slides are spectacular like a water park. The pool is very clean.

Beautiful, quiet place, good atmosphere, nice to relax. I was very sleepy and sent the wrong slip...the hotel transferred the money back to us. I'm very impressed.

Very confused. The room has 2 adults and a 6-year-old child. It says only 2 people can play in the pool. That is, it's parents and a 6-year-old child. Do I still have to pay additional fees separately? The slide was not open for play. That is, if the younger child is an older child, about 10 years old, it will be said like this. Since you stated that the room accommodates 2 adults and 1 child (0-9 years old), shouldn't there be an additional price?

The accommodation is the largest house, so little water flows. It's still not clean when compared to the accommodation in front. But the view around the resort is beautiful. There are many beautiful, old-style photo corners. You can bring your pets as well. But there will be separate rooms.

Run Down not looked after like before. The owners need to take a look and see what needs done. Like everything in Thailand they expect it to last for ever. Now they make a new coffee shop and serve nice food and drinks things are nicer

The atmosphere around the hotel is very beautiful. There is a swimming pool, but the rooms are very old, the bathrooms are old, the housekeeping is not very clean. Mirror with toothpaste mouthpiece The faucet had soap in it, like it hadn't been wiped in a long time. The sink is the same. The mattress is soft and comfortable to sleep on. But the old air conditioner cools slowly. The staff take good care and are good-natured. Beaming There is a really good coffee cafe in front. Beautiful atmosphere, good food, and good water here.

Driving from Bangkok for almost 10 hours, I chose to stay in a large hotel or resort because I thought that the standard of rooms and service would be okay, but you were totally wrong. Checked in at almost 2 a.m. and fainted for a moment. At 6 a.m. I woke up because I really couldn't sleep; 1. The room looked good from the outside. Go inside, the mattress was old, the sheets were stained. 2. All furniture is old, broken wood. 3. Old curtains fall off and come down. 4. There isn't even a sofa or small chair to sit on, not including the dressing table. 5., The mattress is a lower grade spring mattress, like a motel, losing the price of a 3 star hotel. 6. The bathroom sucks, the water curtain is dirty. 7. The water released from the shower is very smelly and very light. The shower is not clean at all. 8. There isn't even a 3 in 1 coffee bag to drink. 9. In the morning, I called the hotel and asked if there was a restaurant or food ordering service. The staff replied that you had to walk in front. That is, if the room price is this size but the service is the same as a hotel, 3-400 baht should be considered.

This review is for the waterpark at the resort. I did not stay in a room, I brought my family for a daytime visit to the waterpark which has recently reopened to the public.There are two large pools here and two children's pools, along with several water slides that are thrilling for the kids.The water was on the cold side for the children, but as the weather heats up I'm sure that won't be an issue.The area was beautifully landscaped, well-maintained, and clean. Service was friendly and very good.We ordered lots of food and were able to get a large enough table for the party of five that mostly stayed in the shade all day.The quality of food was good for the kids, but for the adults it was just so -so. A nearby water park we frequent on the other side of the Nong Khai highway has much better food.We were told that a new chef would be beginning work soon, so perhaps the quality of the food will improve.I was impressed by the staff keeping a good eye on the children in the water. This helps parents be more relaxed when you know that staff members are looking out for the children.No charge for admission if you're not going into the water. Admission prices vary depending on age of the kids, or rather height.Based on my experience I recommend this water park as a good place to visit.
