RedDoorz Premium @ Kahai Beach Lampung

The rooms are comfortable, the AC is not cold, but some of the rooms are under renovation. The TV is also on, there is wifi if there is no cellphone network, it is still safe. Direct sea view, there is a water park, cafe, place to relax, hut and also a place to take aesthetic photos.The bathroom has a bathtub, but unfortunately there is no faucet so it's confusing to do ablution in the sink. Cleaning equipment will be even better if the floor is rubber, because the floor is sticky, perhaps because the water contains salt close to the sea. The location is 30 minutes from you. But you must try it to have fun with your family

The condition of the rooms was not satisfactory, booked 2 rooms, 1 of which had no TV broadcasting, the floor in the bathroom was all dirty, there were no clothes hangers in the bathroom, the AC was dirty and had never been cleaned,

I rate with the intention that other people don't lose.horror guys. The room door is difficult to close, only 1 swimming pool is active. There is no water for bathing after swimming. in the middle of the night urinating using bottled mineral water. power failure. Many other hotels have good views. breakfast fried rice, the rice is rawloss here

Actually, I had time to browse RedDoorz Premium @ Kahai Beach Lampung and tried to contact by mail so that my choice of room wasn't wrong, but when contacted by RedDoorz customer care they couldn't give a satisfactory answer because they could only tell me to refer to the photos on the website.So initially I didn't want to book. But because the trip was not good from Jambi to Palembang, in the end we predicted that we would arrive in Lampung at midnight, so I finally booked RedDoorz Premium @ Kahai Beach Lampung on 17 Dec for 1 night.Access to the hotel is very far from the main road.At around 2 in the morning, when I arrived at the location, I confirmed with the hotel staff whether he had received my booking or not and he confirmed that my booking was ready.I paid cash (because I couldn't debit or CC and luckily I happened to have cash).We were shown to our rooms (1 deluxe + 1 family room).Deluxe room:Dirty floors, dirty sheets, dusty rooms (I'm personally allergic to dust and my baby is allergic to mites so it's easy to know if the room is hygienic or not), lots of mosquitoes (we asked for baygon medicine), we were provided with red towels with a fairly rough texture (really- really uncomfortable).Family Rooms:The floor was dirty, the curtains were not installed properly, the bathroom was also dirty, the water in the sink was not flowing, towels and soap were not provided (I had to ask the officer and the officer doubted my information until finally I said "Please, sir, check the room directly")We didn't move rooms or maybe complain at the time of the incident because we were very tired (we arrived at around 2.00)1 more, we are interested in this hotel because of the access to water rides and close to the beach... but to get there you have to pay IDR 40,000/person and if you want to swim at the beach you should wear footwear because there are lots of coral and if you want to go to the water rides... .. well.. I don't recommend it either because it's not well maintained and spooky.In conclusion, we are very disappointed with the service from RedDoorz and Kahai Beach Lampung Hotel.
