The hotel is good but the service is disappointing.

Staying here is quite comfortable and fits your budget, but needs improvement to make it more comfortable1. Bath water cannot be set to warm, only HOT and COLD. So you can only choose if your body is hot or cold.2. The conditions near the main road are nice and strategic for going anywhere, but it's a bit noisy so sleeping comfort might be disturbed for some people, including me.

Cleanliness 0. He said it had just been cleaned but when he entered the bathroom he was greeted by a bunch of insects. The room was dusty and dirty, finally we were the ones who swept and cleaned it, immediately bought baygon. We weren't told that if breakfast hadn't been ordered the day before, we would be charged 30 thousand Rupiah. Because when checking in, at the reception desk on the internet etc. it says 25 RB. So there is NO clear transparency of information. Water tap, sink leaking. The toilet is yellow and makes you nauseous. Don't be fooled by Instagram posts... That's enough here

Sheet. Blankets, pillowcases and bolsters are never washed dirty. The bathroom is also dirty and not clean. Arriving at 13 o'clock charged 45 thousand per room

The hotel facilities are quite good, it's a shame that the receptionist is indifferent and has fun playing cell phone games. Instead of being greeted, guests are playing games, every time they ask, they seem rude because I might disturb them while they're playing cell phone games. (the incident occurred on 3/10/2023 at around 10 pm. The receptionist was a man wearing glasses. The receptionist gave an unrealistic room price for a jasmine class hotel, the room price was 210 for 2 adults, 1 small child, coincidentally there were 3 small children who were still 2 years old, and 1 year old, the charge is 50/head, so in total you have to pay 320 thousand for a jasmine class hotel, where the price for a 3 star hotel in Lampung is only around 350 thousand. This is a funny and ridiculous policy, why is it less charged? The quality and management of the hotel service is still very poor. It's best to introspect

Came here because it machines accommodation tickets for guests. Overall the atmosphere is comfortable. You can pay directly too. The rest are also safely under control
