In general, match what you get paid and what you get. But but but, of course There is a but. In the storage provided there is still rubbish, for example straws, masks, or other things. Then, the waiter was less communicative. We booked 3 rooms. Due to long journey conditions, we asked for early check-in and it was allowed even though it was only 1 room. The condition of the room is that it is empty and ready to be used. It doesn't matter because it's a long journey. Not even a few minutes later, the service was knocking on the room in an unfriendly manner and the information was not clear. The servant kept repeatedly explaining something that was not clear. Because we were tired, our family became emotional. After investigating, in the end they said there would be additional fees when we had to check in early. Even though from the start we repeatedly confirmed 'can we check in early or not?'. Actually, it's not about the nominal, but about how to convey it. If information about additional costs had been conveyed from the start before we entered the room, perhaps the experience of staying here would have been much better. Speaking of the additional early check-in fee here it costs IDR. 15,000.00/ hour.Thx for the experience! Hopefully the service can be much better.

Q and my friends have boarded at Fortune.. Wow, it's really comfortable.. Hotel facilities. There is a hot shower.. The toilet is sitting.. That's great. The AC is very cold
