The villa is just like an ordinary villa but the service and location are really good because if you want to go out on holiday you can go to Jatim Park 2 which is very close because you only need to walk a short distance and you can get there

Room 3, above there is an empty room, the price is cheap, but unfortunately there is only 1 bathroom. The air is stuffy, the hot water doesn't work and the most annoying thing is, the guards are not polite... If you want to rent this villa, really think about it first, because if it cancels on the day H, can't get enough of changing places... ππ

Got the price 850 thousand. Coincidentally I got a room with an ensuite bathroom. The circulation is not good, it smells musty. My child from Riwil Middle School said it smelled, luckily it was near Imdomart so he bought an air freshener. And there's no hot water so you boil the water first using a pan. π

The villa is very close to Jatim Park 2, the atmosphere is calm, don't worry about getting hungry because people selling food often pass by, there are 4 rooms with queen beds...The downside is that the water heater takes a long time to work (looks like it needs to be upgraded), the kitchen smells a bit uncomfortable, there is a car park but it's not long enough for an Avanza type car

The villa is in accordance with the picture, unfortunately there is no fan and there is not enough circulation. And at night there is noise from the water pump and the water heater is not functioning properly. Cleanliness is 6/10.

The villa is very close to Jatim Park 2. Also close to Indomaret. There are three rooms downstairs and one room upstairs. The villa owner is friendly. There's also a kitchen so you don't need to worry, you can just cook pop noodles accompanied by the cool Batu air hehe.
